As far as I were concerned, I stayed there to be in walking distance of the Hospital (CHIC). In fact I live in France, not to far from the site, but for practical reasons I loved to stay at this hotel the day before. My operation started at 7 AM, so no way to get so early out of my bed at home, facing a car that would not start on that day, or meeting blocked roads with snow. Inconvenient for them and me was that I was not alowed by the surgeon, to eat or drink, so unhappily no review on the restaurant or the breakfast service.

Je recommande cet hôtel la réceptionniste était d’une grande gentillesse et un accueil soigné comme on aime , la chambre correct et le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix nous y avons passé 2 nuits une belle découverte 😎 le tout dans un écrin de verdure

Nous avons passé 5 jours avec notre club de randonnée (44 personnes + 1 chauffeur) et tous sont unanimes pour féliciter le personnel: gentillesse, bonne humeur, serviable, disponible, très réactif. Félicitation aussi aux cuisiniers pour les excellents repas. Les petits déjeuners étaient copieux et les pique-niques très corrects. Merci de la part du club ASB randonnée.

camere ordinate e spaziose per la categoria, letto un po basso e queen size, ma comodo, purtroppo manca il frigo in camera. la posizione è all'interno di una zona di aziende e uffici molto ordinata da cui parte una green way vi è anche una clinica. Due ristoranti (chiusi per ferie nel periodo) oltre a quello dell'Hotel. bus gratuito ferma di fronte e porta a Castres e Mazamet.

Nous avons passé trois nuits en chambre standard suffisante pour dormir des hôtesses très sympathiques pour vous accueillir un petit déjeuner buffet sucré salé pour tous les goûts juste ce qu'il faut une literie confortable et pas de bruit nous remercions les réceptionnistes pour leur sympathie et leur sourire nous recommandons cet hôtel

Nous y avons passé une nuit, tout était parfait, hôtel restaurant. Accueil très chaleureux, nous recommandons cet établissement. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir, carte réduite mais plat excellent et très copieux. Un serveur au top 👍

Le plus épouvantable repas de Saint Valentin de ma vie. Une heure avant de voir arriver le cromesauis de « foie gras » où je cherche encore le foie gras. Cromesauis qui gicle partout sur la nappe blanche. Un liquide marroné s’en échappe. Le serveur qui se plaint en disant qu’il est temps que tous les apéritifs soient servis pour être tranquille. Repas de Saint Valentin sans effort d’ambiance. Lumières allumées en grand sans aucune bougie. La viande pleine de gras. Obligés de réclamer le pain. L’eau arrive enfin au moment du dessert. Dessert qui ne ressemble à rien. Bref. Plus jamais!!!

malgré son éloignement du centre ville , endroit très tranquille , bonne reception , literie et calme petit déjeuner très correct , repas également,, Castres est bien équipé en parkings mais tous loin des hotels . si vous allez en ville pour visiter Ok pour le parking mais se garer si l hôtel est loin du parking , c'est autre chose.pour avoir fait l expérience plusieurs fois ...
