We chose this hotel for the services it offered. our disappointment on arrival because the hot tub and the terrace are closed. I would have appreciated from the management an email before our arrival to let us know because in this case we would have chosen another hotel. After a very cordial exchange with the owner on this fact, he admitted that indeed there was not a very good website and that he should have mentioned it. the free breakfast as a commercial gesture was appreciated. the staff is very very pleasant and very smiling, the house is magnificent. the breakfast remains correct for the price of 5 euros. we still left disappointed because for us the price of the night is far too expensive without the services offered on the site.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights at the Saylu Hotel, which is outside of Granada city centre. Many hotels in the city centre were booked out for Semana Santa and the remaining hotels available did not have ensuite bedrooms so we booked to stay here. I am glad because staying close to the festivities in the city would have driven me crazy! Saylu Hotel was a 40 minute journey from the bus station using public transport and there is a bus, the S2, a short walk from the hotel, which brings you to the city centre in less than 20 minutes.The La Alhambra is a very short taxi drive away for a little under €8. The hotel is basic and a bit dated as mentioned in other reviews. It was, however, very clean. The receptionist and cleaning staff were all very friendly. A breakfast buffet is available at €4.50 / person and we enjoyed our breakfast and the amount of choice. Our bedroom did not have air conditioning or a fridge. The room did get very hot at night and my boyfriend did not want to sleep with the window open as there was too much noise from the motorway. I would suggest to guests coming in spring and certainly in the summer to insist that they get a room with AC and a fridge when making a booking. There is nothing much of interest in the area around the hotel, except for possibly the huge shopping centre. The hotel is much much cheaper during off peak seasons and I am sure the price is what makes it very attractive. For a budget hotel, it ticks all the boxes.

Fatal, quite disappointed with the room, here there is no soul, two people made up, the bathroom distributed in three parts of the room, a shower, whose door gives the room directly, the washing room in the middle, and a toilet with a minimum door, that if you are a little broad you don't enter. The quality of several restaurants in the Nevada shopping mall and shopping mall within 1 km are not bad. Carrefour, lidl supermarket is within walking distance, free parking on the side of the road, and although there are not many types of breakfast, it is left with care. The hotel is not big and the decoration is warm. Except for the small layout of the room, which is slightly simpler, the others are full marks and very cost-effective.

Found it easily. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and a good size and the bathroom was very roomy. The bed was enormous but, as is often the case, it was 2 large single pushed together and not one double mattress. However given the size of each that wasn’t too much of a problem. The room safe is not secured to a wall but screwed to a panel in the wardrobe. It could have easily been removed had anyone got into the room. Also there was no kettle in the room but that is not unusual these days. The hotel restaurant was good and well priced with a range of interesting dishes and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was only 10 minute stroll from the final stop of the airport bus which was great.
