The hotel was nice, but we were not aware that the hot tub was not functioning until we checked in. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. I wish we would have known. We would have stayed somewhere else.

Walked in and immediately saw a sign that said HOTTUB HEATER BROKEN on the front counter. Said something thing to the effect of “That’s disappointing, that was one of the perks that brought us to this hotel”. The gal at the front counter responded with “If you’re disappointed, I can offer you a free cancellation”. I didn’t ask for a discount or reparations, but I thought that this response was a bit inappropriate.
Otherwise, the hotel was just OK. Expected better considering its high ratings on *******. It was clean, but felt like it had been remodeled by the cheapest contractor they could find. The shower floor felt like it was going to cave in at any second. Lots of holes/blemishes/Etc in the walls. Not terrible for a budget hotel, just not as nice as we were expecting, given the location, reviews, and pictures on the website.

Property was just ok. The kids were excited about the pool but were disappointed to see how green the water was. Also someone kept screaming for over an hour at 4 in the morning. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean but the beds seemed very old. The property would be good if traveling alone but would pass if with the family.

Pool was over chlorinated or under ventilated when we first arrived. Had to open outside door. Pool towels must be stocked once a day in the morning and once they are gone, they are gone. Everything else was good.

When we checked in the person at the front desk was very nice. We decided to go down to the pool and there was music blaring cussing and people drinking alcohol. We left the pool area because of the vulgar language and the vulgar music. When I brought it up to the person I work the next morning it might have been the manager she could care less. She told me to next time bring it up to the person that's working. Normally I would do that but you could hear the music in the lobby from the pool area. It should have been taken care of without anybody reporting it. The bathtub was dirty there was rappers in the drawer to the nightstand. We have stayed here several times at least a couple times a year and this is the worst experience I've ever had there. I will not be back

Comfort Suites was awesome! Big rooms, clean, no bugs, walking distance to a few restaurant, close to everything!
Staff was great. Their free Breakfast is huge! 25 minutes to airport.
