Great place to stay for a solo traveler. Clean, organized, and wonderful workers. The rooms are simple and have just enough room for a bed with some shelves, but there is plenty of storage outside if you need it. And the restaurant/bar has good food. I'd definitely stay again.

The owner, Hugo, is a danger to women, locals do not support him because of poor business practices, there are innumerable stories of him causing women to feel unsafe or uncomfortable as clients, guests, and volunteers. His wife is lovely and does a great job, but when he is around the place is completely different.

This may not be a safe place for a single woman traveling alone. My daughter was groped by the male owner and she was told by some of the volunteers who work there for room and board that they had experienced the same appalling behavior or worse.

Beautiful, comfy and super clean place to stay. The crew was super nice and they attend to all my necessities.. Even when I ask for breakfast at 6AM! They were always helping me with a smile on their faces. The noise control in the bedroom was amazing. Even though there was people partying in the pool you cannot ear a thing inside it. Proving a great space to rest.

This is an excellent place to stay. Shared bathrooms and showers. The staff always with a smile and quick to serve. Overall 5 stars. Clean, cozy and friendly service. Pool and hot tub very clean and with a solarium to lay down. Great food and snacks. Drinks are awesome.

My new favorite place in La Ventana. Great friendly service, very clean, short walk to the beach, great food, great pool, even a hot tub and work spaces. I loved the pod design, and they were surprisingly quiet. I will certainly come back here. The prices are very reasonable, too.

I was looking for an accommodation option and an experience to spend a long weekend with my family in La Ventana and I was not wrong with “Changomango” From the beginning, the attention I received to request my reservation and the range of options that Hugo gave me to spend an incredible weekend with activities with my family was incredible!! The facilities are very comfortable, clean and pleasant, I loved the concept!!!! The quality of the food is very very good, the flexibility and the attention provided, before and during my stay made me feel very comfortable and at all times attentive to what we needed. I loved the place. It's very nice and modern. It gives off a feeling of tranquility since there isn't much noise. The decoration of the room is amazing and there is enough space for luggage, plus the bed is super comfortable. The bathrooms are a few steps from the room. The showers are separated from the toilets and the men's and women's toilets are separated. I thought it was great that they are always very clean and you don't have any privacy problems when using them. The attention from Andrea is excellent. She is super attentive to all the details. She made me feel very welcome and confident, and she is also very good at her job. As for food, I had the opportunity to try the smoothies and coffee and they were delicious. One of the nicest hotels I have ever visited. I really liked my stay at the hotel and I want to go back soon. Excellent place to rest and enjoy the holidays.
