The worst service I ever had in a hotel… is not boutique, is a day pass bad place! The food and the service, including the staff, location, rooms, and cleanin… simply the worst! Pls if you value your time and yourself don’t go to this place! We asked for a better service or a clean room, and the answer was… “if you wanna have a return of your money, that’s impossible, and that’s the only room available” then we just left.

This is not a boutique, they accept lot of people without restriction (fulldays with minimum cost that affects clients) No es un hotel boutique, aceptan demasiada gente en pasadia y esto afecta mucho a los clientes....

Las habitaciones son hermosas y muy cómodas, con detalles de diseño que nos encantaron. La experiencia en Rossé fue única y nos hizo sentir como en un hogar lejos de casa. El servicio fue excepcional, el personal fue muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades.

Increíble lugar, estuve de visita con mi pareja y la pasamos increíble desde la comida hasta la atención del sitio fue espectacular, un ambiente muy agradable y tranquilo pudimos llevar a nuestro perrito ya que es un lugar petfriendly, espero visitarlos pronto

Fui el fin de semana pasado con mi familia y el lugar superó mis expectativas, al momento de llegar nos recibieron muy bien, la habitación fue entregada a tiempo, la comida estuvo deliciosa, el personal súper atento a nuestras necesidades , el diseño del lugar súper lindo y un ambiente muy tranquilo y agradable, lo recomiendo 😍
