Camping les Blancs Chênes

Family stay 2 adults 3 children, reserved moblihome not available on arrival After waiting we found our accommodation in a pitiful state, cleaning not done visibly, papers on the floor, filthy kitchen utensils, torn curtains, broken door handles, no water from the cold water tap (quite simply!) A 2-seater mattress provided in one of the rooms is missing, after informing the management we were given a single mattress (no choice..). Deciding to go and explain to management, we learn that our case is the only one out of 395. No luck! An unpleasant exchange since there is no consideration or even empathy, close to disrespect. Finally, congratulations to the courageous staff who tried as best they could to save the furniture, it seems clear that the establishment requires a serious questioning. TO FLEE !

We have just returned from a week spent at the Blancs Chênes campsite, where we were disappointed by our trip. The accommodation (Habana) was very dilapidated, and the cleaning was basic. We had a parking space which we had to share with the neighbors across the street who wanted to have several vehicles nearby, leaving almost no space for us. On the other side, a neighbor wanted to park his van type van (3m high) against our accommodation (to keep his own parking space free) not leaving us the possibility of opening our windows, or even of having light. The reception was notified, but nothing was done to enforce the “regulations”. The swimming pool is too small for the population of the campsite, an almost impossible mission to have a deckchair, these are reserved in the morning and no supervision at the slides. An experience that we do not recommend.

I spent the whole week on a broken bed, yet I kept asking to do something, but to no avail. To take a shower, it's hot and it's cold, not easy when you're with children. I reported the problem, but it was not fixed.

I joined a mobile home for the period from 05.08 to 12.08 via the CE. I consider this experience to be bad considering the state of the accommodation. Presence of branches around preventing the opening of windows. Very poor condition of the terrace and the guardrail which threatens to fall. Poor condition of the paths (potholes +++) Kitchen utensils in poor condition and missing for some. Inconveniences reported to the teams who were responsive despite everything (dishes brought back and branches cut). The aquatic area remains a positive point due to its size. Unfortunately, I will not repeat the experience in the years to come 😕

We went for a week at the end of July to the Les Blancs Chênes campsite. We chose this one for the water park, the entertainment and its geographical location. We have 2 teenagers aged 11 and 15 and went with a couple of friends and their daughter. We chose a Family Top Presta mobile home for 8 people. Very beautiful campsite: already from the outside, and then the campsite is well laid out (supermarket, swimming pool, playground, laundry, performance halls/bar/restaurant at the entrance), the mobile homes are installed in a green setting. Place to park your car at each accommodation. There was no noise at night, we slept well. Vehicles are no longer allowed to enter the campsite from 10 p.m., you must park in the campsite car park, this is very good. Our mobile home was just great! the best accommodation we have had since going on a camping holiday. We had 4 bedrooms, perfect bedding, clean mobile home, we had the pleasant surprise of having 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Perfect for 8! We ate all our meals outside on the covered terrace despite windy and mixed weather. All we needed was a screen to protect us a little more from the gusts of wind. We had a welcome box in our accommodation with a roll of toilet paper, dishwasher cube, sponge, trash bag, sample of dishwashing detergent. Very appreciable. There is enough storage. Gas barbecue rental extra (€30 per week) Supermarket good for helping out but quite expensive, and no fresh vegetables/fruit. Shame. Bread and pastries in the morning really good like from the baker. Please note, it is better to place your order the day before before 6 p.m. at the supermarket to have your bread the next day because if you wait too long there will be nothing left. Possible to buy small souvenirs. During the week, local product stands and tastings. There is entertainment for everyone throughout the day and in the evening, it was great. Awesome water park! we had a lot of fun. Slides are popular. there is an indoor swimming pool too. Mini club for children. Laundry (be patient!) €6 per token with laundry detergent or €5 per token alone. It is quite expensive. The bar offers cocktails and aperitif trays. possible to eat on site. There are snacks to take away too. Like the rest, all these extras are rather expensive, especially when you are with family. The camp leaders and staff are really very friendly, dynamic and available. We felt very good there. It is possible to return the accommodation until midday on the day of departure, which is very good for tidying up and cleaning without rushing. We did the cleaning ourselves because again the cleaning costs (150€) were too high. In short, a great stay, passed too quickly. Thank you for contributing to the success of our vacation!

Great entertainment, swimming pool and mini club at the top. Our daughter loved it. Thanks to the entertainment staff, we had a great holiday. The bar restaurant is very welcoming and has very good pizza. See you soon, I hope

we have just returned from 15 days at the Blancs Chênes campsite, a discovery that resulted in total success and satisfaction: recent rental, clean and modern, well appointed, a sheltered terrace that we could not have dreamed of better for our tired old cat; our wishes for location in the campsite (out of the way) were respected, an aquatic complex of impeccable cleanliness, an ideal water temperature for starting aquagym classes in the morning, a size of the campsite perfect (to our taste); welcome air conditioning; technical and operational intervention without delay; maintained and flowered green spaces, certainly close to accommodation but outside of school periods, what peace and quiet; entertainment at the opening of the season for young and old from morning to evening, a wide time slot from the beginning of July to enjoy the aquatic complex never seen before, reception maintenance staff and other polite smiles, a location in the Poitevin marshes in the heart of nature for a vacation that is unfortunately too short; an address - better - an "ocean wave" service provider to remember, certainly the pillows left something to be desired, the tarmac paths quickly need to be resurfaced and rentals close to the LA ROCHE SUR YON road should not have the same tranquility as that which was ours but the overall score is well above average

Le camping et très agréable du fait naturel, festif, organisation des activités... Le camping propose de nombreux services agréables comme une supérette, boulangerie, piscine, restaurant, salle de spectacle, aire de jeux... En résumer de ces vacances un réel moment de plaisir et de déconnexion totale avec le monde du travail.

Excellent pour une 1ère fois franchement…on a kiffé!! Le bungalow était propre et suffisant pour nous. Mon fils a vraiment apprécié son séjour. Rien a en redire!!! Je valide et je recommande ✌🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
