Hello. This is our fourth year here, so it's clear that it's a great campsite for children. It's quite crowded, but from 20th August onwards a lot of people go and it's great. But this year I do have a complaint. We were staying in an apartment for 6 people and two cars. On the phone, the guy who helped me told me that the second car didn't have to pay for parking either, as the accommodation was for 6 people. When we arrived and checked in, the two people who helped us told us the same thing again, but that the second car had to stay in the parking they have in the outdoor area. Our surprise was that today, when we went to hand in the keys, they told us that we owed the 105 euros for the parking of the second car. I explained to them that this was not what we had been told. The two people who explained this to me were not very empathetic and not at all pleasant. I understand that it is the campsite's rule, but the way they treated me was not appropriate. The woman even told me that what was I complaining about if I was staying in the apartments, which is the cheapest stay at the campsite. (This was very out of place).
