We stayed for one night only in the residence, which is ideally located and overall excellent. The appartments had modern furnishings and were very warm. There was a little dust and cleaning of the toilets could have been a little better to reach perfection, but we passed on comments to the management to hopefully take on board. We would definitely recommend for location, and overall experience. I'm not marking as excellent for the little improvements that can be made, and also we waited a little time to be dealt with upon arrival, which was in the evening so reception was not very busy, however the staff were very friendly.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The constant noise made sleep impossible. The staff were unhelpful and even rude when I complained. I paid for a restful stay, not a nonstop party. Really do not recommend staying here. Instead of relax holiday we got some unwelcome concerts.

Staff very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Rooms spotless but just a little too small for two. Spa charge €4 for towel on each visit, ridiculous in what they rate as a 4* hotel. Food just adequate but dining area industrial with huge numbers milling around serving stations. Like a large canteen rather than a hotel dining area. Very well located, close to ski school meeting area and gondola. Perfect choice for skiing but zero atmosphere, cold and neutral atmosphere.

the rooms are big enough, they are clean, 2 bath rooms in each apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. Great experience !

My only complaint was a slow and clunky check in. The hotel is clean and welcoming and well positioned for ski in and out. The rooms were well laid out with good showers. We went half board. I have dietary needs coeliac and a nut allergy... I had croissants every morning. The evening offering was brilliant... Buffet but with chefs at each station... The food felt like an incredible Italian tapas. Lots of choice, lots of smaller dishes and local delicacies to try. As someone with allergies I was assigned a waiter who ensured that all of my food was OK for me and free from cross contamination. Any coeliacs out there will know how much of a relief this is!

The whole family enjoyed our holiday. We would change nothing. The hotel is excellent and the area is beautiful. We will go again.

Location great to access slopes. My children struggled with the food. Also it was quite noisy when trying to sleep - any noise outside in corridors or in surrounding rooms echoed - hence lower score. Overall a great week skiing and very easy to navigate with kids.

Excellent hotel, accommodation, food, service and location. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Best ski holiday hotel where the staff are welcoming, hardworking and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.
