The hotel is in an excellent location, only a few minutes away from the train station. Some of the rooms in the hotel have been renovated, but the room I stayed in was not renovated because it was a budget room. The room is underground. The walls and carpets in the corridor are dark in color and there is insufficient light. It feels a bit gloomy. The furniture in the room is shabby, the carpet is dull and the hair is falling off. I feel uncomfortable. I stayed for two nights and stayed there the next day. Skin allergies appear. Moreover, because it is a ”affordable” (hotel definition) room, it does not provide distilled water or a water boiler, nor does it provide free tea bags or coffee. The most outrageous thing is that there are no water cups, and the plastic cups used for brushing teeth will be taken away the next day! We booked five rooms. I stayed in an ”affordable” room, but the hotel did not indicate in advance that the room I stayed in did not provide the above items, so I just thought that compared with the other four rooms, my room was smaller. That’s all.

Hotel on a hill with a terrace on the top floor and a view of the bay. Half an hour walk from the railway station. 5 minutes down the stairs to the sea. The hotel is clean, quiet, there is heating (early March). Breakfast - omelette, fried bacon - but they don't add, those who come late, they didn't make it. Pancakes, croissants, various pies, coffee, milk, fruit, yogurts. There are enough sockets, normal shower, soap, shampoo in dispensers, safe, refrigerator. Friendly reception.

Good location between the train station and port. The shower drain was a bit blocked and would over flow if you had it on full. You could also smell the typical unpleasant drain smell from a blocked pipe.

The hotel is on the mountain, some like domestic farmhouses, but the view is good: you can see the port of Las Pezia. Parking on the road is free, but we chose to park in front of the building and paid 15 euros. The room on the mountain, the quilt is slightly damp, but the room has air conditioning and heating pipes, and the tide smell is gone after check-in. The landlord is very enthusiastic and makes an appointment in advance for check-in time. You can make coffee and boil water in the public room.
