I LOVE this place! It's right up the town of La Spezia. Excellent "hide-away", though it's a bit of a challenge to get there. Up the narrow winding road that leads up to this hidden gem of a location. Beautiful & fresh mountain views and excellent fresh mountain air!
The beds were comfortable - firm which is to my liking & toilet was a decent size.
Breakfast was surprisingly decently spread despite only 2 families being there (including myself) from 0800-1000.
We were given the GND Floor room, which is superb because it opens up to the outdoor lounge are which overlooks the beautiful harbour of La Spezia.
Don't expect much as there are no facilities - this is a 2 star hotel/accommodation.

4인 숙소를 2인이 사용하였지만 침대가 놓인 공간을 제외하면 캐리어를 풀 공간이 부족했다.
창문의 모기장은 파손된 상태여서 수건을 이용해 틈을 가리고 창문을 열었음
라스페치아가 내려다 보이는 뷰는 좋았고 주차공간도 충분했으나 올라가는 길이 좁고 험했음

Room was a lot smaller than photos showed. No fridge. Out of season so indoor communal area was locked when our food arrived. We had no access to cutlery and couldn’t even buy a bottle of water…signs saying don’t eat in your room but it was hammering down with rain and all the outside seating was soaked..we’d ordered tagliatelle and Ravioli which we ended up eating with our fingers on our bed…worst birthday meal experience my partner had ever had. We could make tea from an urn outside our room but no milk available and if you wanted coffee you had to buy pods from the area which had closed early

Fabulous place, wonderful view and really great staff. Right in the hillside so lots of stairs but so worth it for the amazing view! Local wine, pasta and pizza options after 7pm. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Tea making facilities in the hallway which was great.

We stayed in a triple city view A lovely spacious beamed attic room. Very comfortable bed, sofa bed as well Very quiet place, with few rooms, located on the hills of Spezia far from the heat of the city Good breakfast, perhaps the machine that serves hot drinks could be improved. However highly recommended

Nice rooms, good mattresses and new house. Very nice bathroom, but no storage space. The little sachets provided for showering are a joke. The internet works great! When you arrive you will be briefed in all and you pay immediately, then you only see the "staff" at breakfast. We found it a bit impersonal! The view of La Spezia is gigantic from the lounger in the small garden. Breakfast is in the main building, where the reception is. So you have to climb a little uphill to get there. Good choice at breakfast. We felt good

Er zijn veel betere opties in de buurt. De weg erheen is uitdagend, maar het uitzicht schitterend. Kamer viel erg tegen. De badkamer is extreem klein (90X190 cm). Naar de wc kan alleen met de deur open en omdat de wc half onder de wastafel zit, kan opstaan niet zonder blauwe plekken. Daarnaast krijg je oploskoffie bij het karige ontbijt waar je €10,- pp extra voor moet betalen. 's-Avonds liepen er ratten over het terras. Accommodatie beschikt over de beste apparatuur voor goed eten, maar dit wordt niet meer gebruikt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet in orde.

L’ agriturismo si trova in una posizione speciale che offre una vista spettacolare sulla città. Con pochi minuti di macchina si raggiunge il centro. A mio avviso vanno aggiunti alcuni servizi, tipo “set cortesia” in camera, bevande nel frigorifero… l’accoglienza è stata ottima e cordiale. La qualità della colazione si potrebbe migliorare. Nel complesso è una buona struttura con gran potenziale.
