The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, decent location compared to the train station and port if visiting Cinque Terre. You need to contact the company beforehand to get the entry codes on WhatsApp. There's some nice restaurants nearby and parking after 8 PM is free right by the hotel. Nice for a night, but nothing special about the hotel or area.

The structure itself is the classic one in La Spezia: rooms in a condominium used as rooms. Very strict on registration, booking and check in but unfortunately the price is not worth the quality of the stay. The rooms are not isolated either in terms of noise (from 7.00 in the morning it is no longer possible to sleep) or in terms of lighting (at night the corridor light remains on and illuminates the room as if it were day). The shower is small and uncomfortable, the single beds are large as a queen size, but only one pillow per bed, unusable as it is so thick. The structure offers overnight stay with breakfast included but it is omitted that breakfast is in two bars near the hotel and includes coffee or cappuccino with a croissant and that's it. Value of 3 euros and everything else that is taken obviously has to be paid for. If I choose a structure with breakfast included it is because I want to have a wide choice of products and I want to be comfortable without having to leave the structure. Disappointed.

The kindness and availability of the staff.......the centrality of the structure... . the delicious breakfast... they led us to spend two pleasant nights in our stay to see the 5 lands in winter... certainly if we return to La Spezia we have a safe point of support

Una camera sicuramente sopra le media delle strutture che offre la liguria a un prezzo ragionevole.
L ingresso all edificio e un' po' vecchio e trasandato ma una volta arrivati al piano ed entrati prima alla reception e poi nella camera si rimane favorevolmente colpiti per la cura nei dettsgli e il buon gusto.
