Extremely rude woman! Liar and swindler! Not in her mind! Canceled the reservation for 2 days without a refund, because of a small delay. We have a flight delay and asked her for the late check-in via booking, she did not answer and she wrote the fake number on the booking website, so it is impossible to reach her! Also, her neighbors mentioned that she is doing it all the time! Beware if you don t want to ruin your holiday!

Promised a room with 2 deds as my father in law came ,when we arrived they were not provided the same thing happened with other family. Contacting the owner they denied offering this option even when we provided the reception the text messages, the owner was very rude and refused to help. After nearly an hour she agreed but with extra charges. Room was in a great vicinity tidy and warm very dated ok for a few nights but owner requires some lessons on manners

I had informed the hotel as requested that I would arrive between 17.00 and 18.00. My train was delayed and I immediately informed them that I would arrive after 18.00. When I arrived at 18.30, I was charged an extra €20 for being half an hour late! Absolutely disgusting!!! The staff claimed that it was their first night working there and could do nothing about it. I found a much nicer place a minute down the road and was greeted with a warm welcome and no ridiculous extra charge. I repeat, do not book this so-called hotel!!! I'm only giving one star because it's not possible to give zero.

NON PRENOTATE ASSOLUTAMENTE IN QUESTA STRUTTURA SE NON VOLETE ESSERE TRUFFATI! Questo si chiama RUBARE letteralmente soldi a persone oneste e questa è una persona che non merita sicuramente di lavorare!! Sicuramente provvederò a segnalarla a tutti i siti dove compare e fare una segnalazione alla guardia di finanza di La Spezia! Dopo aver intascato i soldi non risponde più al telefono oppure riaggancia a tutte le telefonate senza ascoltarti ne lasciarti parlare. Ho prenotato fortunatamente solo per una notte ma ho avuto un grave problema di salute per cui non potendo andare volevo chiedere se fosse possibile venirci incontro per trovare una soluzione e magari avere un voucher. Non sono nemmeno riuscito a parlarci dato che mi ha attaccato il telefono 2 volte in faccia e mi ha bloccato il numero, COMPLIMENTI!! Non oso nemmeno immaginare in che difficoltà possa trovarsi una famiglia che ha prenotato un intera vacanza in questo posto. Leggo oltretutto svariate recensioni di altre persone che hanno avuto gli stessi problemi, dovremmo segnalarla tutti alle autorità competenti.

I booked a triple room at the B&B LIA ROOMS Via Napoli 15 in La Spezia from 7/12/22 to 11/12/22, warning that I could not check in by 18:00 or even by 20:00 even though they had asked me for 20 euros more. We called the manager more than once, who did not answer the phone, canceling the reservation of the room. We notified the booking operators several times who only knew how to tell us "We are sorry". After 10 years of booking with you, the relationship of trust has been damaged, so next time we will turn to the competition. We will spread the news so that other travellers can also be educated.

Padrona di casa maleducatissima, che vuole fregare a tutti i costi. Tu prenoti una delle sue stanze tramite Booking, lei spinge per farti cancellare la Prenotazione e prendere così soldi in nero. Maleducazione a livelli estremi, ti senti dire in faccia di tutto, insulti compresi. EVITATE QUESTO POSTO. Lei non è mai presente in struttura , nonostante tu sia super puntuale nell’orario del check-in concordato tramite messaggio o chiamata. Si lamenta se il pagamento lo effettui tramite carta, perché secondo lei per il prezzo delle sue stanze bisogna avere contanti. Ripeto…. Scegliete altro e mai questo posto

Ayant réservés sommes arrivés via *********** nous avons eu la très désagréable surprise de trouver porte close à 18h30. Nous sommes allés dormir ailleurs. Bien entendu je ne vais pas en rester là, il y aura des suites pour faire de référencer ces escrocs de *********** et des autres sites sérieux
