Such a bad experience!!!

Promised a room with 2 deds as my father in law came ,when we arrived they were not provided the same thing happened with other family. Contacting the owner they denied offering this option even when we provided the reception the text messages, the owner was very rude and refused to help. After nearly an hour she agreed but with extra charges. Room was in a great vicinity tidy and warm very dated ok for a few nights but owner requires some lessons on manners

NON PRENOTATE ASSOLUTAMENTE IN QUESTA STRUTTURA SE NON VOLETE ESSERE TRUFFATI! Questo si chiama RUBARE letteralmente soldi a persone oneste e questa è una persona che non merita sicuramente di lavorare!! Sicuramente provvederò a segnalarla a tutti i siti dove compare e fare una segnalazione alla guardia di finanza di La Spezia! Dopo aver intascato i soldi non risponde più al telefono oppure riaggancia a tutte le telefonate senza ascoltarti ne lasciarti parlare. Ho prenotato fortunatamente solo per una notte ma ho avuto un grave problema di salute per cui non potendo andare volevo chiedere se fosse possibile venirci incontro per trovare una soluzione e magari avere un voucher. Non sono nemmeno riuscito a parlarci dato che mi ha attaccato il telefono 2 volte in faccia e mi ha bloccato il numero, COMPLIMENTI!! Non oso nemmeno immaginare in che difficoltà possa trovarsi una famiglia che ha prenotato un intera vacanza in questo posto. Leggo oltretutto svariate recensioni di altre persone che hanno avuto gli stessi problemi, dovremmo segnalarla tutti alle autorità competenti.

Extremely rude woman! Liar and swindler! Not in her mind! Canceled the reservation for 2 days without a refund, because of a small delay. We have a flight delay and asked her for the late check-in via booking, she did not answer and she wrote the fake number on the booking website, so it is impossible to reach her! Also, her neighbors mentioned that she is doing it all the time! Beware if you don t want to ruin your holiday!
