This hotel room is very good, but it is a bit difficult to find when you first come here. After exiting the train station, turn left and cross the street in front of a small Carrefour supermarket. There is a small square in the middle of the street with a small green house in the middle. On the left side of the green house, you can see a wooden door. Just go in according to the instructions in the email. , there will be pictures below. The facilities in the room are new, clean and tidy. Breakfast is at the bar on the left side of the square downstairs. The breakfast is quite rich, but adding eggs and ham costs 5 euros, which is enough even without them. You need a passport photo and a credit card to pay the tax.

相當於一個自助民宿，沒有前台沒人服務的。對於我這種不看郵件的人來到樓下真是崩潰了，一定要提前在郵件中回復發送護照照片，按照他們給的連結去付款完税費，他們才會郵件告訴你小區大門、住宅大門、房間門各自的密碼；旅館在一個居民樓裏的c棟3樓，離火車站、步行街很近是優勢，一共才6個房間，給我們了一個最大的雙窗房間，安靜，衞生，住舒服，；就是因為沒提前看郵件，到了門口沒法進來，打電話吧意大利語人工客服，加whatsapp吧又要手機驗證碼搞不成功，搞半天最後還是通過攜程客服電話解決問題的，雖然波折幾番，最後還是順利入住也算是個好玩的經歷；走廊的自助咖啡機0.6歐/杯，但不設找零的哦

Property was beautiful well maintained. Rooms were spacious. Shower was large, rooms were upgraded recently. Would highly recommend. Great location central to everything.

Great accomodation in the centre of La Spezia. There is a carrefour express just below which is convenient and the train station is less than 5 mins walk away. The shopping street with stores and restaurants just beside. Inside a vintage building and vintage small lift but the room has a modern look.
Only bad thing to say is about parking. When booking it mentions parking available. However they only message you 2-3 days before with instructions to book. Most parking is booked by then. Luckily I was able to find street parking near by.
