Close to train station but you need to make sure to look for address. This place is 5 rooms in apartment bldg. but it’s nice and worth staying here. Close to shops, laundry and markets.

Me & my partner stayed here for 3 nights in July, our trip was fantastic. We used La Spezia as a base to explore Cinque Terre and for this it was perfect, La Spezia train station was a few mins walk from the accommodation. Our room was clean, white and felt fresh, we slept great and found check in and check out easy. Andrea was a gracious host and gave us some good tips & helped us realise La Spezia was so much more than just a CT base. Would for sure recommend this location and this accommodation to others.

Great location: close to train station, food store, laundry and a myriad of restaurants. A breeze to train it back and forth to Cinque Terra. A huge plus. DO NOT stay in the Cinque Terra touristy villages. Down side; the bar on the street below~ noise and cigarette smoke rises! TheMonterosso room is a direct hit from the bar. And, the room Frig was marginal at best. Yet, shower was great, maid service was amazing and the maid herself a sheer delight. The bed was a toughie to befriend as it was rather hard and took a night to grow accustomed to. The coffee maker and tea pot were a plus; however, only use bottled water. The “breakfast” was a far cry from breakfast and was basically packaged spongy rolls and Melba toast. Plenty of bakeries and breakfast bars nearby; go there. The price was a steal and yes, we would return and request one of the other Cinque Terra rooms. The proprietor was accessible and responsive. Stay here.

I called in April to book for September for two families (us and our friends with both children). The very kind lady gave me estimates and gave me all the information. In September we arrived before check-in and she welcomed us with open arms. Spotless and spacious rooms! Very close to the station and the center! In the room there were also toothbrushes and a comb. Obviously everything is disposable and individually wrapped

The stay was beyond my expectations! Room, style of furniture, cleanliness, kindness of ALL the staff, location and even breakfast not provided. But also the possibility of leaving luggage beyond the check out time. Even for the check-in time they met our needs without problems. Everything EXCELLENT!

Camera ben curata e pulita. Il proprietario Andrea ci ha accolto cortesemente e date indicazioni giuste.. Camera organizzata, pompa di calore, servizio monouso top! Dallo spazzolino al dischetto con cotonfioc. Posizione tattica a pochi metri si è vicino alla stazione, vicino alle vie principali della città. Consiglio
