Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, public parking 100 m on the road. Supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bar 500 m, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach "San Terenzo" 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Portovenere 19 km, Riomaggiore 22 km, Bonassola 26 km, Pisa 87 km, Lucca 77 km, Firenze 148 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Torre del Lago 60 km, Massaciuccoli 68 km. Hiking paths: Parco delle 5 Terre 22 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Narrow driveway to the house. In the last sharp bend before the driveway, cars up to 185cm (Audi A4) wide can easily pass. Larger vehicles can be parked further down the road. 6-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper ground floor. Practical furnishings: living room with satellite TV and flat screen. Dining room. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bidet, sep. WC. Gas heating (extra). Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm). Sep. WC, bath/shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Parquet floors. Terrace 16 m2, patio, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. View of the sea and the port. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking (fenced 2 cars). RRuey HuatPerfect 2d1n stay if you are looking for a place to stay in cinque terre. First of all, the service was tip top by receptionist Nasrin! She was very warm and welcoming. She offered to keep our luggages and let us have a quick change after we check out. Other than that, the guest house is located strategically just 9 mins walk from La Spezia train station, next to the Main Street. The room was pretty spacious even for three! Room was clean, beds were perfect, toilet was spacious and we didn’t expect it has a sharing kitchen as well with utensils and coffee machine. Overall it was a perfect stay for us definitely!

Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops.
Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well.
Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area.
Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators
Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserEverything is great! Staffs are very helpful, they even sent an informative email before my arrival, regarding how to locate the place and to facilitate check in. Room is amazing, clean, big and comfy beds. Quiet at night and great location. The free breakfast is also nice, the breakfast place just 1 mins away.

MMieko & MingTo go to Cinque Terre, I chose to stay in Las Pezia for 2 nights. Although it was a bit far from the station to drag my luggage 800 meters, the room was clean and quiet.
Capsule coffee is provided and the taste is not bad, and small snacks can be served with coffee to provide a service similar to afternoon tea, which is really intimate.
If you want to see the sea all the time, it is recommended to live directly in Cinque Terre to get a better travel experience.

GGuest UserSpacious, clean rooms close to the train station and downtown. Giovanna was warm and helpful and suggested that I visit Portovenere, which I did. Rainy afternoon and most things were closed off-season but the place was beautiful.

WWilliamgray81The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, decent location compared to the train station and port if visiting Cinque Terre. You need to contact the company beforehand to get the entry codes on WhatsApp. There's some nice restaurants nearby and parking after 8 PM is free right by the hotel. Nice for a night, but nothing special about the hotel or area.
