When I booked this hotel, I admit I was influenced by the reputation of the chain, and thought that entrusting five of my nights to a brand I had already satisfactorily tried in the past would spare me a bad experience. Was I wrong. First, the hotel is located a step away from the motorway. If you're not stone deaf, don't bother having dinner or breakfast on the patio and don't try to sleep with the window open. Second, the hotel is... well, well past its heyday. The furniture is damaged, the bathroom shower actually is a cramped bathtub, the carpet floors emit a stench that even thorough airing of the room cannot dispel. Upon coming back each night after a day's work, It was difficult to feel welcome. The only plus (but this is very personal) was the mattress, which was firm enough for my weight... after I removed the topper. Last (and not least), the hotel's restaurant is "mediocre at best" (see my so-titled review), and I can tell from first-hand experience as I had three wretched dinners there. Bottom line, it was a bad move, and very, very bad value for money. Thankfully, I was only here for business and this will probably not occur again any time soon. But should that be the case, I will carefully avoid this place.

This hotel was in a great location with ample parking. There was a gorgeous outdoor pool. Staff were courteous and helpful. The check went smoothly and the room was lively. The bathroom came with a tub which I lived. Complimentary coffee and tea are served in the reception area!

The room was far too hot on arrival and the air conditioning didn't work. I had to open the window to the motorway (heavy noise, mosquitoes) but even that didn't cool the room down enough (outside: 12°C). Result: a total of 90 minutes sleep. Instead of the planned hike, we drove back home at 7 am. The lady at the reception told me that the air conditioning had been down for some time throughout the hotel due to a problem with the energy supplier. However, they didn't felt the need to point this out when making the reservation or at check-in ("management decision"). "Air-conditioned" is still on their website and is confirmed at booking. There was a 13 euro discount granted for a ruined weekend. Great.

I wasn’t expecting much since we were staying for 1 night and it was right off the freeway. However, the staff was nice, the room was modern, very clean, and it had a cute theme. I requested a room looking out at the pool and it was granted. We really enjoyed the breakfast which had enough variety and there was plenty of seating. We all had a nice, quiet night’s sleep to continue on our vacation the next day. Thank you for a good experience.

Expérience plutôt décevante de la part du groupe Accor. Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit accueillis par un gardien je pense. Donc accueil plutôt mitigé ! La chambre est propre et plutôt bien agencée. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre alors qu’elles doivent être mises à disposition gratuitement, on réclame aussitôt. On nous les donne. Le lendemain, petit déjeuner dans une salle où l’hygiène laisse à désirer. Le sol était collant et sale. Il n’avait pas pu être lessivé de la veille. Les tables, idem. On revient dans l’après-midi. Toujours pas de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre. Et là incroyable discussion avec la chargée d’accueil qui nous explique que l’eau n’est plus fournie. Donc je lui dis que leur site Internet le stipule bien. Sa réponse, entre autres, me laisse sans voix : il ne faut pas croire tout ce que dit Internet ! Elle finit tout de même par me fournir les bouteilles d’eau en me disant qu’elle fait une exception. Je lui montre la fameuse page internet de l’hôtel et je lui dis qu’il est urgent que l’hôtel change sa communication car c’est mensonger. Ça fait le 2ème Ibis Style qui me déçoit.

Les chambres sont spacieuses mais vieillissantes (le crépi...). Bon ça encore ça n'est pas gênant et en tout cas c'est visible sur le site. Ce qui ne l'est pas et qui est honteux est le fait que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas... après un premier changement de chambre gentiment proposé par le réceptionniste de nuit, j'ai pu observer dans la seconde chambre que la température était passée de 26° à 26.4°C en une dizaine de minutes... surprenant! Quoiqu'en lisant les commentaires on s'aperçoit que ça ne date pas d'hier. Le personnel est malheureusement impuissant quoique compatissant et ne peut que m'offrir un ventilateur. J'ai de gros doutes sur l'excuse que ce serait la faute d'engie. J'en veux pour preuve le fait que la ventilation ne fonctionne qu'au premier mode de puissance. Ne serait-ce pas plutôt lié à un manque d'investissement pour remplacer un système trop vieux et défaillant? J'espère que mon avis pourra aider les prochains visiteurs à faire un choix en connaissance de cause! Comme indiqué dans un avis plus bas, j'aurais apprécié avoir été prévenu, cela m'aurait paru plus professionnel. Très déçu aussi par Accor qui visiblement suit assez mal l'évolution de l'état ces hôtels.

Super séjour. bel hôtel très bien entretenu. Personnel au top ,a l'écoute et très professionnel. Je reviendrai pour mon prochain passage dans la région. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de manger au restaurant mais le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bon et varié
