The hotel is very good, the Trip service is FATAL. Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of our reservation, and there was no way for me to contact anyone to resolve it. There was a sporting event on top, which we were attending and all the rooms were full. Luckily the owner of the hotel, very kind, solved it for us, although they did not have any TRIP information.

The hotel itself is fairly charming with its antique aesthetic and beautiful wisteria covered terrace. The staff were friendly and showed us where to park our motorcycle explaining that the gates were locked at 11 and there was cctv in the courtyard where we parked it. The room was basic, no drink facilities or even drinking water, but the bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating and there were no plugs for either the sinks or the bath!! At least the water was nice and hot. The breakfast was mediocre, not the worst but definitely not the best. On the plus side it is situated in the town centre so ideally located for a walk around. All in all an ok stay.

Hotel Andria is in a perfect central location in La Seu, the accommodation is classic and to a good standard. The young lady on reception when we arrived was the perfect introduction to the establishment, friendly, helpful, informative and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our overnight stay at Hotel Andria, the room was fine, clean and tidy. The hotel has a slightly faded but elegant feel. However everything worked as expected and the breakfast was fine. Parking for our Motos was included in the cost and was located in the front garden of the hotel, the only negative (considering it was the end of a very hot day and in a thunderstorm) was the pedantic attitude of whom I presume was the female owner or senior manager regarding of where we parked our bikes. There was no signage to organise the parking and a tirade of negative comments in (to us a foreign language) does nothing to solve an obvious problem or endear a new guest to the charms of the accommodation. I would suggest if there are strict rules make them known to new arrivals via clear signage as shouting incomprehensible objections doesn't work! OR elicit favourable reviews.

Hotel economico y normal, tanto la habitacion como el precio, muy centrico, con lo cual puedes buscar restaurantes en la zona para comer. Personal muy agradable. Inconveniente que no tiene ascensor No podemos comentar mas cosas porque solo cogimos alojamiento

Al llegar había un olor insoportable a Insecticida o ambientador en la habitación. Nos ofrecieron cambiar a una habitación con una cama doble, pero solo por la primera noche. Por las mañanas a partir de las 8 el ruido del extractor que había junto a la ventana y los golpes del personal de limpieza hacían imposible seguir durmiendo. El lavabo con baldosas rotas, la bañera rota, el bidet sin filtro por lo que el agua salía disparada.. Las vistas de la habitación ya se ven en las fotos. Creo que esa habitación la número 7 no debía ni siquiera estar disponible a no ser que advirtieran previamente de las circunstancias. Parece más una habitación de albergue que un hotel 3 estrellas. El personal atento y la entrada bonita. Por eso 2 puntos en lugar de uno.

Adorable hôtel en plein centre ville. Très bien situé. Personnel adorable. Beaucoup de charme. Chambre très jolie qui invite au repos. Jardin et terrasse superbes. Très propre calme. Un vrai moment de plaisir dans une très jolie ville on reviendra c'est certain.

Hemos estado alojados en la segunda parte del Puente de la Purisima Cuando atraviesas su puerta te adentras a un hotel con historia ( como a mi me gusta) y con enseres de coleccionista Muy bien decorado y cuidado Habitacion amplia y confortable,se estaba a gusto a pesar del frio que hacia fuera Todo muy limpio Parking comodo aunque este en otro edificio (12€ noche) Desayuno bueno y variado tipo bufete Encontre a faltar la presencia en recepcion de personal ( nunca vimos a nadie salvo para el cheking) me hubiese gustado comentar algunos detalles o resolver dudas ( no me gusta molestar tocando la campana que hay en el mostrador) Tampoco nos gusto la actitud de la encargada del desayuno que los tres dias murmuraba por lo bajo quejandose de huespedes que se levantaban de la mesa tras el desayuno,bien porque se habian dejado algo en el plato como un donut o porque habian manchado la mesa,queda feo delante de huespedes criticar a otros...asimismo un dia que dejo de funcionar la cafetera sali en su busca y se me quejo de que le hacian sacar el polvo de la salita o atender el telefono ( cosa que por cierto hace sin ninguna profesionalidad) es una lastima pero nos molesto esta actitud Tambien destacar que la noche del sabado habia una cena multitudinaria y no pudimos descansar hasta entrada la madrugada en que se marcharon gritando debajo de nuestra ventana,inaceptable Por lo demas ubicacion muy buena

Reservamos a última hora y no pudimos estar más contentos con la elección de este hotel. Relación calidad precio excelente. Si que es verdad que las instalaciones son antiguas pero la habitación está limpia, tiene encanto (clásico), el baño es espacioso y la cama cómoda. Además desayuno incluido que estaba buenísimo, variado y con opciones saludables (fruta fresca, yogures, pan con tomate, embutido...). En conclusión: lo recomiendo mucho y no dudariamos en volver si alguna vez volvemos por la zona!

Super bien situado, dormitorio cómodo con cama de matrimonio confortable y baño con buena presión de agua. Ideal para pasear por el pueblo ya que se encuentra a mano de todo. Tanto Alfons como su hermana, muy agradables.
