Well, I always like to start with something nice in a review. Here, the staff was very friendly and there was secure parking just across the street. That said, this spot just wasn’t for us. We were supposed to stay here two nights, but left after one. We really didn’t like the vibe of La Serena as a city. The hotel is far from the ocean and it is really quite rustic. Very basic accommodations and breakfast. There was also an unpleasant smell in our room. Frankly, we were very happy to move on.

Muy bien, excelente, limpio. A mi mama le dio alergia con le pasto y nos cambiaron la habitación. Aparte nos dio frío y nos dieron fraseadas extras Buena atención, buena locación tienes todo muy cercano. Ojo La panadería que está cerca sierra a las 14:00, así qué hay que organizarse. Los del hotel te ayudan con la información y muy gentiles.

Gustó · el personal de aseo es muy amable y atento No gustó · el estacionamiento que mencionan es solo sujeto a disponibilidad, no te garantiza el dueño poder dejar tu auto durante el día, el primer día no tenían jabón para darme, lo que es grave en relación a la situación sanitaria actual, no tuve mesa de luz, el desayuno para tres no siempre traía té y café, debíamos estar pidiendo lo que faltaba constantemente al personal, ya que los artículos de aseo para 4 personas eran un sobre de shampoo y dos jabones en barra, al pedir hablar con el encargado/a me dijeron que era imposible, no tienen libro de reclamos. Solo permitieron pagar con dos cuotas la estadía. De tres familias pagando con tres tarjetas bancarias diferentes imposibles que fuera problema del banco.
