I can’t complain, I went to see how Dominican Republic was. I stayed for 4 nights, 5 days, the state was very helpful, very nice, the people are very nice. The beach is very close, food is very close, could not complain about anything

Short stay for business. The Entire experience was good. I felt safe and confortable all the time. The price- quality was just right. I highly recommend it for families and group of friends more than for business. The Personal was really helpfull.

Scary! Need a security guard to go get dinner. Very old and dated. Did not speak english at reception. Our driver from the car service helped to check us in.
5 min drive from cruise port was the only good thing about it.

Hotel to avoid!! We booked this hotel via the booking site. Our flight arrived in Santo Domingo at 12:30 a.m., time to take a taxi we had warned that we would arrive at night, this was confirmed by the hotel before our stay. Once we arrived in front of the hotel, a person opened the door for us after knocking on the door several times. After telling him our identity he finally understood and showed us the reservation in our name on his cell phone but for some reason that we still don't know he wouldn't let us in. We don't understand the language very well but he doesn't want to know anything and closes the door in our faces. No matter how much we insist, he will refuse and we will spend the night outside with our suitcases. This is truly unacceptable! A hotel is supposed to be open 24 hours a day and this one clearly states that this is the case in their details. Count on me to give them very bad publicity and put bad reviews wherever I can. Do not go !

This hotel is NOT for tourists. The front desk don't speak English, and it is located in an area which is ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING, DON'T EVER THINK TO RENT A CAR AND GO THERE, a motor cycle will hit you for sure. Some staff are dependable, "thank you Andre"
Giving the low price and cleanness I rated it as 4 stars. If I was going by the area it is located in, it would get only one star.
