Fabulous Location about a ten minute walk to the port. Lovely rooms, clean and functional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus from airport stops opposite the hotel. Lovely bakery across the road if you don't wish to avail of the Hotel Breakfast

A beautiful hotel, with fabulous modern furnishings and secure parking. Good breakfast but dinner not available. Lovely staff. Wii stay again. Why should reviews be 200 characters, this dissuades me from using Trip Advisor in the future.

Lovely unique hotel next door to the La Touquet courses. Lots of parking and out of town which is what we were looking for as it chaos trying to park in the town centre.Food and rooms all ok. I would say they are 2-3 people under staffed though as you can be waiting around for 10-15 mins for a drink or for them to re stock breakfast items. We will definitely stay again.

A very nice hotel BUT it is not very central and to get to the the Old Port in 8 minutes ( as advertised) you would need to run. As the majority of the restaurants are there it is an area you need to access. Not good if you are elderly or in any way infirm. If you take the car, parking in La Rochelle is not easy.

A beautiful hotel away from the crowds but within easy walking distance of the harbour and shops. A charming man checked us in, well before the regular check in time as the rooms were ready. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished with interesting art work. The bed was very comfortable, with top quality bedding. The bathroom was large with an excellent walk in shower. Breakfast was great value for money. Continental style with a vast buffet selection. This hotel is amazing value for money, we will definitely stay there again if we are in the area. It is even worth a big detour!

We stayed 3 nights and although it is in a very good location for visiting La Rochelle we were disappointed in the room size. Being just over 9 ft square it was the smallest room we have ever stayed in on tour through France...we asked for a better room but the hotel was full and so unavailable. With a 5ft double bed there was little room to manuvoure and use our suitcase. Tried the shower on the first night and the shower head flew off and sprayed water all over the ceiling although after mentioning to reception it was fixed the following day. The wash hand basin, there is a major issue with drainage and needs fixing. Room size far too small and should classed as a single. Otherwise pleasant decor but really would look elsewhere and check the room size...okey maybe overnight but no more than that! JT Poole England

We had a wonderful one night stay, staying in the loft room as 2 adults and 1 child. On arrival we were greeted by the manager who could not have been more welcoming. We were a little hot and bothered and he served us some beautifully refreshing cold drinks in the quirky garden. A perfect welcome. Our room was fantastic, so much room for us all, lots of towels and a separate room for my daughter to sleep. It is quirky and characterful and the king size bed was so comfy. The room has skylight windows as you are in the attic, and you can even see the stars as you settle down to sleep. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we look forward to staying here again.

Fantastic hotel, very welcoming and comfortable. Great location, very comfortable rooms and beds. Almost silent all night and only half a km from the centre of La Rochelle. Would definitely stay again.

lovely hotel amazing staff great breakfast walking distance to town.Limited parking onsite so check that out on booking.Decent bakery opposite side of road.Bus stop 25 metres away.Amazing town lots to see and do.Very clean with a relaxed non threatening atmosphere day and night.
