The Accostage is a wonderful hotel, in a great location with easy access to the city, a short walk to the beach and the old town which has great sights and restaurants. Le bunker museum is well worth a visit. The staff, especially Sylvia were brilliant and so helpful! Breakfast was superb and good value. The room was clean and perfect for our needs, compact but superb. Parking is very tricky as the streets nearby are extremely busy (August visit) we had to park (initially) 250 metres away, but don’t let that put you off…,

WARNING! I noticed fraudulent use of my bank card by the establishment even though I never left them a deposit or credit card number. I suspect an intrusion into the room in my absence. No clear explanation from the establishment. I strongly advise against this hotel!! Furthermore, - Unacceptable cleanliness: mold present in the room, stained sheets, hair found in the shower and nails on the floor. - Mediocre breakfast: croissants not fresh, probably frozen, and presence of moldy food.

Klein hotel, goed gelegen, op een aangename 10 minuten wandelen naar het centrum van het mooie, toeristische La Rochelle. Openbaar parkeren op de straat is gratis, maar schaars. De kamer en badkamer zijn proper; het bed is ok maar de wc-bril zit los. Er zijn wel gordijnen, maar er is geen vitrage zodat je in je pyjama op straat staat. Redelijk gunstige prijs in vergelijking met de rest van stad. Ontbijt, in buffet, is uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit maar croissants en broodjes zijn beperkt tot één per persoon. De t****e dag werd ons meegedeeld dat de kamer niet gedaan zou worden; enkel het bed toegelegd en verse handdoeken bezorgd. Het duurde meer bijna drie weken vooraleer de reservering van de Visakaart werd opgeheven.

Hôtel idéalement situé à 200m de la plage et à quelques pas du vieux ports et du centre ville, vous pourrez tout faire à pieds. Hôtel parfait pour se reposer et souffler, très très calme car un peu éloigné du bruit de la ville, une literie de qualité, et un super accueil. Vous pourrez profiter d’un petit déjeuner en supplément (que je recommande) sur buffet suffisamment copieux, afin de démarrer une bonne journée! Je retournerais dans cet hôtel sans hésiter pour mes séjours à La Rochelle

Les hôtels ne manquent pas à La Rochelle, ceux répondant à mes critères, moins. Je cherchais un hôtel au calme, mais pas trop loin du centre ville, et à proximité de l’océan. J’ai ainsi opté pour une chambre au dernier étage : Olga à la réception n’a pas hésité à retrousser ses manches pour m’aider à monter la valise Chambre et literie confortables, salle d’eau tout à fait fonctionnelle. Tout est propre. Le petit-déjeuner proposé est varié et généreux. On accède aux restaurants alentours à pied en moins de 15 minutes. En résumé on y trouve tous les avantages sans les inconvénients. Encore merci à Olga pour les rires et sourires toujours bienvenus après des journées parfois surréalistes
