Passed through Roche-sur-Yon on a one-night stopover and chose the hotel for the central location. We planned a late arrival after the reception was closed. Margaux’s instructions were precise and we had no problems accessing the hotel and our room which was well equipped and clean. She was also friendly the following day making sure we had everything we needed during a very good breakfast. They say the behaviour of the staff can make a great difference to the quality of the stay; this was one of those occasions.

Hôtel dans son jus. Pour ma part chambre numéro 35, chambre petite, impossible de faire tour du lit. Baignoire percée. L’hôtel a besoin d’une rénovation. Pour le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet : pain surgelé ( dommage les boulangeries sont à proximité), pas de théière, très peux de choix. L’hôtel est propre.

Ici je ne commente pas l.hotel en lui.meme mais le.service de restauration en bas. Il y a des améliorations à faire sur le.service et dans les saveurs qui manquent. La carte est sympa, le.snack aussi abordable mais manque de goût. Sinon la.servzuse sourie et est agreable

Chambres exiguës et/ou biscornues, pas de Clim, moquettes sales et odeurs douteuses dans les couloirs. Je m’arrête là mais la liste est longue. Je pense qu’il y a d’autres adresses à privilégier … même si le personnel est serviable, cela ne permet pas de compenser. Il y a clairement un manque d’investissement dans cet établissement qui a le potentiel pour être charmant. Et avec un tel emplacement, c’est vraiment dommage. Je vais être amené à revenir à la Roche, mais je ne descendrai pas dans cet établissement la prochaine fois.
