I booked for 8 p.m., we arrived at 8:15 p.m. and no table ready for us, it's not a drama but it took more than 5 minutes to set it up. The waiter takes the order for the aperitif, brings it to us quickly and does not take the rest of the order, something which will only be done 10 minutes after the aperitifs are finished… We decide to have half a bottle of red wine , only half bottle present on the menu but which they no longer have... The goal was to have a drink while waiting for the starters to arrive but the waiters will only warn us of the problem when the starters are served to us and will offer us to open another wine and serve it to us in a pitcher so that we can have the equivalent of half a bottle. (rather laudable fallback solution but which arrives a little late) The starters were correct. As for the dish: a “knife” tartare, it seemed more to have crossed the knives of a blender than that of a butcher. No more chew, a meat paste. And finally, the fruit salad, straight out of a box with an apple cut into it. During payment, the person who seems to be the boss explains to me that the tartare is a knife tartare because that's what they buy and that it has become like this because when they add the condiments they cannot make otherwise…. And for the fruit salad, he will notify his cooks…. Nothing is his fault and no excuse. “Yes, yes, we’ll tell them” is the response he gave to every negative point we told him. This restaurant no longer has the quality and standards it may have had a few years ago.
