Spent a night here and was sufficiently impressed that I would come again. The setting close to the the town and in the heart of the Ardennes is its strength. Dinner was hearty and simple and the breakfast buffet was quite good. Hotel and amenities are quite dated. A good option as a base for exploring the area and working within limited means.

We booked there a superior room and came in the evening. The evening receptionist said “I gave you a smaller room. Then you pay less”. He gave us a room at the top. As you read as everybody wrote. The heating is broke so we could not sleep because of the heat. Even with window open. In the morning they pushed us to pay 2 days 350 euro ! Instead of 170 as the evening receptionis told us. Even they know the hearing is broken. Watch out for this scam hotel.

Tout était parfait. De l’accueil par le personnel de la réception jusqu’au restaurant où le personnel est très sympathique et souriant. En ce qui concerne la chambre, rien à redire non plus. Elle était extrêmement propre. On dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Le lit, quoique un peu étroit, était cependant très confortable. Passons aux repas. Les plats proposés (la Brasserie) sont excellents et variés. Il y a des plats de poissons, viande et aussi végan, ainsi que des plats pour les enfants. Enfin, le petit déjeuner : parfait. Rien ne manquait. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts, que ce soit salé ou sucré. Café, thé et cécémel étaient à notre disposition. Merci à tout le personnel du Floréal La Roche pour leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons certainement en 2025.

Een appartement geboekt voor 4 personen omdat de 2 pers kamers vol waren. We dachten dan betalen we maar iets meer, we hadden hoge verwachtingen gezien de foto's. Bij aankomst nog nooit zo'n onvriendelijke dame meegemaakt. Ze had er duidelijk geen zin in. Wilden nog ontbijt bijboeken maar door de diepe zucht zeiden we laat maar. Hebben smorgens in het dorp ontbeten bij de plaatselijke bakker. Lekker en de helft goedkoper. Dan het appartement..... Rook muf en viezig bij binnenkomst. Alles opengezet eerst. Badkamer en keuken leken vrij nieuw en waren prima. Meubilair leek van de kringloop zo oud. Verwarming vies en roestig. Slaapbank en 2 tuinstoelen in de zithoek die voor geen meter zaten. 2 slaapkamers bleek 1 kamer en 2 bedden op de overloop. Superwarm in het appartement, wil niet weten hoe heet het in de zomer is. Bij vertrek komt er een dame controleren of je het goed achterlaat anders krijg je de borg niet terug. Oei....we hadden het beddegoed niet op de juiste plek gelegd. Geen vrolijke dame ook. Al met al het geld niet waard. Nooit weer!!

Proper hotelletje, echter zeer kleine kamers , zonder airco. Ontbijtbuffet is goed , echter op piekmomenten is er te weinig personeel aanwezig om in de eetzaal alles vlot te laten verlopen. Prachtig zwembad. Gratis handdoeken. Vriendelijke bediening

Très chouette endroit avec un emplacement idéal. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, tout est bien frais . Le personnel serviable et sympathique également. Les chambres sont propres et suffisent largement pour y dormir. Juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de lit doubles ( mais possibilité de les rapprocher

Grote hotel en goede locatie maar heel kleine kamer en geen airco en geen water koker in de kamer wel een fan. Heel mooi natuur en gezellig en omgeving en met een gratis parking. Wifi is heel goed niet op te merken. Ontbijtzaal heel groot en ook buiten terras en lekker zon. Ontbijt is ok maar niet veel keus!

A fuir. - Personnel désagréable au possible, boire un verre en soirée? Pas de bonjour, mais plutôt « je vous préviens c’est le dernier verre »: les dès sont jetés directement. - Chambre miteuse, sans climatisation - Hygiène à revoir, cheveux dans le lit, poils dans la douche - Pas de prise de courant près du lit - Petit déjeuner: tranches de fromages avec les bords durcis depuis 8 jours, beurre pas au frais et resservi sur plusieurs jours. - Accordéoniste qui a violé les tympans de tous les clients - Tombé 3x du lit: j’ignore si la largeur du lit simple n’a pas été faite sur mesure pour cet établissement: même à Lantin les lits sont plus larges. Sans parler de la literie l’hôpital. Fuyez ou dormez en tente, il n’y aura de toutes façons pas moins de moustiques que dans cet établissement.
