De jongenman die aan de receptie stond toen wij savonds laat arriveerde was erg aardig en behulpzaam. De mevrouw die er in de ochtend was vond ik daarentegen iets minder vriendelijk. De hotelkamer was prima, alleen is wel aan vervanging toe. Vies tapijt en een oud bed. Wel netjes dat er meerdere handdoeken aanwezig waren. Voor 1 overnachting als tussenstop was het prima maar in de klantvriendelijkheid valt nog wel wat te behalen.

I had warned that we were attending a wedding and that we would need tranquility. The insulation of the windows overlooking the expressway is correct, but the rooms between them is really accessory. But the worst thing is on Sunday morning the housekeeper who speaks very loud on the phone (in Spanish) without stopping, which resonates in the hallway and in the rooms and that at 8 am (a little hard when you go to bed at 3 am). I had to tell her to make less boxwood (but she took revenge on the bathroom accessories obviously). And then at 9am, she knocks at our door and insists 3 times until we answer her and then she says "sorry!" and then she leaves. I have experienced tons of hotels in dozens of countries (including Spain), but this is a total lack of respect for the customer. I ask to open a claim.

From a professional visit, I think that the hotel needs to be renovated and to pay attention to the external cleanliness. The reception remains the most basic. Only the restaurant seems to raise the general rating of the site

Chambre familiale agréable et très propre. Attention aux escaliers pour accéder à la mezzanine. Salle de bain très propre et avec baignoires. Personnel à l’accueil sympathique. Proche des accès 2x2, restaurant, station service.

Una discreta struttura che offre una buona soluzione di alloggio a prezzi medi. Ideale per i viaggi di lavoro ed in generale le trasferte brevi. Posizione strategica e comodo il ristorante inglobato. Molto cortese il personale nella sua interezza.

Nous sommes arrivé ma femme et moi en moto (Gold Wing) le vendredi 19 Aout 2022 pour une nuit au début de nos vacances. Nous avions réservé sur le site de l’hôtel ou une photo d'un parking souterrain figure. A notre arrivée pas de parking souterrain, mais on nous assurent qu'il n'y a aucun problèmes, qu'il y a un vigile toute le nuit et des caméras de surveillance. On nous indique 2 places où il faut que l'on se gare absolument , le vigile les voient bien !!!!!!..... Un deuxième couple arrive peu de temps après également en moto, ils entendent le même chose de la réceptionniste donc ils se garent à coté de nous. LE RÉSULTAT......LE LENDEMAIN MATIN PLUS DE MOTOS !!!!!!!!
