AVOID! Absolutely appalled by the service at this so called 'resort'. Booked through Airbnb to be told they do not work with them, despite already having paid. No offer of an explanation, but on probing found out that they were aware that they were on Airbnb but had made no effort to remove thier account to avoid travellers paying twice; will need to seek a refund through Airbnb/bank. After having to ask if they had a room free, we agreed to stay the night (had no other option), we were given no guidance about the hotel, facilities, check out time, or breakfast times etc. Rooms were dirty; toilet stains, unclean shower head. Avoid at all costs.

Arrives dans l'après midi piscine envahie par une colonie de vacances bruyante sous nos fenêtres. Et bruit nocturne provenant de cette colo soirée dancing.Il est 0h30 et toujours pas possible de dormir dans cet hôtel très mal insonorisé. Nous avons appelé la réceptionniste qui n'est pas sur les lieux qui nous a rassure en nous disant de ne pas nous en faire. CeLa allait s'arranger.En vain.
