My wife and I stayed in one of their 2 private bungalows. The lake view was great, and the hotel could have been really nice but it is very dated. Lots of deferred maintenance. The locks still used keys rather than updated security cards and what could of been a lovely patio had a glass walk in door with only a single lock that anyone could break into. The restaraunt was nice, with a big outdoor patio on the lake. However our breakfast was served to another tablel and they had to remake ours. This same thing happened to another table near us where the breakfast was served to another table. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel . The staff is pleasant enough even though it took 8 hours to get fresh bath towels which they do not replace unless you requet it. No daily maid service. It can really be a nice place if owners would spend money on a myriad of upgrades, including simply paint and patching.

Buyer beware when booking this hotel! I’m a Titanium member who books and stays at Marriotts all the time and I have not seen anything like it. This Marriott has a booking option that is NON-REFUNDABLE even if you cancel 2 weeks in advance. I was charged $1200 for a stay that didn’t happen and was canceled with plenty of time which means they likely rebooked the room and are making double . In the Bonvoy app, the option isn’t going to look any different, it will look like any other option so be careful. What it should have are blaring red notifications! This place isn’t even that nice, it’s not some vacation hotspot, this is primarily a business hotel that hosts many business travelers. Business travelers change their plans all the time. This experience is giving me pause with Marriott all together. An underhanded tactic to cheat people out of money. I will never stay here and I suggest you find one of the many other lovely accommodations in the area and not risk getting cheated out of $1200 like I did. I loved you Marriott, but this is so lame and such poor business sense.

This hotel is relatively high-end, high-end to 25 minutes spa to receive more than 400 dollars, received 50 minutes of money, because about 12 o'clock, a few minutes late, and then change clothes to adjust the room, and finally said that there are only 25 guests can do 25 Minutes, the bill is open for 50 minutes.
