I loved my relaxing stay. I’m a freelancer and stay at hotels regularly! I had the best sleep ever! The beds to me are very comfortable , however, the bathroom could use a bit of remodeling.

No hot water in the shower, door was in poor condition, found hair that wasn't mind in the bed, but everything else seems to be ok

Horrible staff with attitude. Claimed they would help with refund yet I was refunded nothing. Place shows pool on website but there is no pool.

This hotel was clean compare to what you paying but it is really unsafe ,somebody else has the room key he opened the door at 7am that time i was slept and i jumped,he ran away,so i shoked,i got panic attacked,i went vacation to relax but they did not let me.

The rooms had very bad smoke smell. The Bed made a noise when we moved around it. The experience was not that good. The staff while checking in was good and answered all my question, while checkout there was another staff who was bit rude.

I asked for a extra clean room for my baby and wife, very clean. Except my booking said complimentary breakfast and there was none. Not even a ice machine, got locked outta my room three night because cards would function properly.
