Love these apartments! Me and sister always take a 2 bed apartment and it’s great to have our own bedroom and bathroom! Large balcony is great for a relax and a pre dinner drink. It’s just opposite the super dino supermarket which has all the essentials plus a lot more! The staff are lovely - our cleaning lady was so good Reception staff also fab! And all staff were always so polite. We both had a massage in the spa and it was great I would highly recommend booking a treatment. Just a short to the beach and marina meant we walked in a couple of times each day. My only complaint is we only booked a week! We stayed in room 907.

Where do I start ! From the bar staff, reception and lifeguards everyone were so Amazing ! On arriving late being welcomed with water and food was the best ever ! The place is so well kept and clean. Amazing entertainment and for us we think think the animation team ( kids club ) are by far 100% amazing ! Well done all round. We saw you last year, this year and will see you next October !

Had a wonderful holiday at the Cordial Mogan Apartments in the first week of November. Thoroughly recommend for a great value stay in a beautiful area of GC. Reception- greeted with excellent customer service from all staff. Yolanda and Nasim were very helpful with all queries and managed the check-in with professionalism. Accommodation- spacious, clean and well-equipped. We had a superior apartment for the safe and air-con. No issues with bugs or cockroaches. Saw one dead one outside in the whole time we were there. There is a schedule for cleaning & towel-changes and the apartments offer superb space for a family including a large balcony. The piano music in the restaurant opposite provides a nice ambience in the evening whilst sat on the balcony. Pool & bar areas- well-kept with lifeguard keeping the kids safe and temp absolutely fine. Great pool snack bar and kids were happy playing in both the main children’s pool and splash park. Didn’t try the other 2 pools. Animation - lovely team of young people who work really hard and gave the kids a great time. Highlight was the mini disco which the kids looked forward to every night. Spa- used a few times as it is amazing! Restaurant- buffet is excellent and very good value. We preferred the second sitting as it was quieter. There are of course plenty of restaurant options in Mogan but if you don’t want to venture out then the food at the restaurant offers plenty of choice. Thank you to Cordial Mogan Valle- we’ll be back without a doubt!

Been coming to Cordial Valle for the past eight years. Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Clean, comfortable, large accommodation and very polite and pleasant staff. Quiet surroundings with a choice of pools that have enough sunbeds for everyone. Can't wait until my next visit, next year.

Welcome was good on arrival . Apartment was clean. Fans for air conditioning reasable. Would have preferred air con. I was not overly concerned about the cats but I was aware of the smell. Pool area was very clean and kept very well. Mogan is a beautiful area for all ages and would happily stay there again.

Great family hotel however let down by the tatty appearance in parts of the building. Ripped canopy on balcony (reported to staff) didn’t make a great first impression. Rubbish along corridors that remained there for the majority of our stay, t shirt left on rails of staircase for 4 days, this could have been removed and placed into lost property. Despite the above, there were nice touches such as complimentary sweets for the children and a great splash pool for toddlers. If your housekeeping staff were ahead of their game I’d of rated our experience higher.

Despite some negative reviews on here I feel you have to bear in mind the value for money aspect. Compared to the other hotels in PDM these apartments are excellent value. Our room has a modern bathroom with adequate kitchen facilities. Lounge area, decent sized bedroom and huge balcony. There are 3 swimming pools plus kiddies splash park and for adults one of the pools is a quiet pool. Breakfasts are good. Didn’t have dinner as we like to eat out. Excellent location with short walk into centre and marina. Supermarket across the road if self catering. Small bar opposite showing all the football if that appeals. If you are on a budget you really cannot go wrong staying here. If money is no object then maybe stay in one of the hotels but personally I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

We are booked into the superior block. Top floor so three lifts to get there. Not a problem to us. Others might disagree. The apartments are tired and a bit dated. They really could do with a refit. Not that I’m here to watch tv, but what hotel has 32inch non smart tv:’s in the rooms these days !!! The breakfast area is very canteen like but is ok. Not a lot more to say other than you get what to pay for.
