I stayed at the hotel in coordination of an arbitral hearing which was held there as well. I was tasked with coordinating this event from abroad and for the past 2 months, I have been in constant communication with Andrea Sarmiento with your sales department. Andrea was an ace. She was always very patient, informative and communicative and made the coordination of the event seamless. All of the hotel's catering staff where also very gracious and accommodating. The event also including a full service technical set-up of which Javier Barecco's direction and consulting was impressive. Overall, we could not have asked for better service from the hotel.
