We were put in this hotel due to a fire at our accommodation in La Plagne Aime 2000. We were a family of 11 and we were given a chalet linked to the hotel. It consisted of 4 Ensuite bedrooms, lounge, WC, kitchen and surround balcony. We had a hot tub and sauna on the lower balcony. The chalet and hotel outweighed our expectations. The staff and especially the manager couldn’t do more for us if they tried. The hotel did not allow us to pay for anything. We were all inclusive at our original hotel and that’s what we were given here. They were so humble and accommodating towards us. Nothing was too much trouble. The manager ferried some of us to our hotel to collect belongings on two occasions. We could not fault them at all with the way they treated us. Even allowing us to use the washing machines and dryers, including the commercial ones to wash clothing so we had some clothes to travel home in. As you can imagine most of our belongings were water and smoke damaged. The food was amazing too! And a lovely sunny terrace to watch the world go by. Right on a blue run down to Bellecote. We will definitely be back some day!

We had a fantastic week staying in Chalet Violette which is connected to Hotel Carlina. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The chalet was lovely - warm, comfortable with 6 lovely ensuite bedrooms and a great open plan living/dining/kitchen area which worked well for 12 people.

Hotel is fantastic and a lovely treat to complement a ski holiday. Food was great and to a very high standard with big portions, however it was difficult to get an idea on the menu before we booked. Room was lovely. Spa was a welcomed treat after a day skiing (although it wasn’t working on our last day). Although the hotel is ski in ski out, this is not suitable for beginners due to quite a steep blue slope. The hotel does run a shuttle up to the town where the ski school meet, but we didn’t know about this until into our holiday. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
