This could be a great little hotel if more care was taken to detail. The old and dirty umbrellas at the beachside tables look awful, yet we are sure we saw new ones stacked outside by the pool. The wallpaper has beeen hanging off from Sunday to Saturday round a new lift shaft. Lovely room with a gorgeous view. Beautiful big balcony but was not swept or cleaned until we asked for it to be done. The poolside is not tidied up until morning. A sun umbrella was lying at the bottom of the pool for most of one day!. There is a awful waft of drains at the poolside. Our door frame to our room is coming off, and nasty sharp nails poking out. Shower temp very dangerous, not regulated, could scald a child, saying that we enjoyed our showers. The beds are big and comfortable. There's no English channels on tv, no radio channels, or couldn't find any. The manager said it was the British Government who stopped them from getting English tv!. Entertainment very limited, and always outside, which was always cold despite the temperature outside due to it being under the trees. Dining at 8pm is too late for most, by the number of people queuing up at 7.30 to get a table. Coffee machine in our room didn't work, but we rented a kettle gor our morning tea anyway. It's a very dark and uninviting lounge, it's a wind tunnel and so cold too and tv on all the time, showing mostly Spanish football. The al a carte dining option is a few white tables at the end of the wind tunnel, next to the bar and a huge tv above your head. Food very good, fresh and cooked to order. very good choices, lots of fresh fish. Drinks brilliant, very drinkable and reasonably priced. Saying all that, the staff are lovely and the location is brilliant.
