Last minute booking . Stayed for a week. Bad points 1 Food is not as good as reviews stated. Probably, the kitchens were winding down as I believe the hotel was ready to close the day after we flew home . There's not much in the way of gluten-free. A GF roll offered for breakfast, which did not fit into the toaster provided. No GF biscuits for cheese No GF cake, etc, as offered in other hotels . Pigs trotters . Beef knuckles were offered yuk. No laundry drying racks on the balcony so towels and laundry left out hanging over the balconies, which on first impressions looked awful. Sunbed hoggers need stopped!!!! some were putting towels out first thing and not returning until late afternoon. Thus certainly needs addressed Standard bedroom extremely small No bathroom or bedroom hooks No drawers No mirror above the dressing table I had to use my suitcase as my drawer. Very large balcony would have been great if we had sun loungers as there was plenty of room and we had the sun most of the day.Badly stained white plastic small table and two chairs on the balcony Entertainment live bands brilliant Balancing acts which there were two on the trot, not so great. Nice wine, not badly priced. Great staff Great bus timetables ,Bus stop right outside of the hotel which ran every half hour. Bus to Tarragona 2.10 Euro pp fantastic to visit the old quarters spent the whole day there Bus into Salou 15 mins Bus to Cambrills Booked a Tui trip to Barcelona instead of the bus as we got tickets to poblo espanyol included and a full guided tour and time on our own . All in all a good last minute holiday for the price we paid, but we would not return.

We stayed in 409 over looking the beach and it was simply gorgeous. Although just before the main season (not lots of kids) but lots of places open as usual and busy enough to have a nice a**osphere. The hotel was very clean as was the room each day when we returned. The hotel was excellent as were all of the staff. The location was fantastic and close to all of the shops and restaurants. Easy to get to Salou just on the bus near the hotel, and only a short trip to the airport. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We are seasoned travellers of a good Spanish all inclusive hotel. However, we did half board for this hotel as our holiday was meant to be only 5 days (at another hotel) and we decided to extend our stay and move to another hotel as we love La Pineda beaches. We stayed here for two nights and three days. Just an FYI, to get all inclusive you need to stay a minimum of five nights as we did ask to upgrade and couldn't - but this wasnt a massive deal for us as we thought that may be the case. We booked this hotel a day or two beforehand and were not expecting too much as it was a relatively a good price. Wow, what can I say. We walked in and were greeted by the staff who were more than helpful. The pool is on the first floor, and overlooks the wonderful beaches, the hotel is directly on the beach, the rooms are spotless and the balcony we had we huge! We were on the 8th floor, the views were brilliant. They entertainment staff are amazing as well. They had something going on every hour from 10.30am until the evening and then had a main event at 10pm. All the activities during the day are mostly kid and adult friendly so everyone can get involved! We did bingo whilst we were there which was hilarious and the two main acts on were insane as well. You will not get bored at this hotel there is so much happening!!!! The food at breakfast and dinner was so fresh and well cooked. They cook some meats in front of you and have a wonderful dessert selection. The restaurant manager and the host at the door were again, more than helpful and welcoming. We couldn't fault the food and we've experienced a good few buffets. Fresh fruit, bread, salads, meats, sandwiches. Also, the bar staff were also all so polite and helpful. In the evening they have staff walking around so you can order drinks while watching or joining in on the activities in the bar near the pool, which I think is a wonderful touch. We cannot fault this hotel (maybe only that the pool is on the 1st floor and anytime you click the lift button it assumes you want to go down - there is no up button - so it was a pain getting a lift up to the 8th floor from the pool). We would recommend this hotel to anyone, the views are beautiful from the pool, beach within a stones throw, friendly and fun staff, clean hotel and room, a bus ride away from Salou and bars and food within a 5 minute walk if you wanted to venture out. Definitely book this hotel!!!

Food was amazing, beds so comfy, staff and facilities excellent. Hotel location on the beach is fabulous and wonderful walks on level ground .

Beautiful hotel staff and food amazing £35 taxi from airport 10 min from Reus would highly recommend actually on the beach would suggest meal plan will not be disappointed free water with evening meal and free water round table he pool coffe excellent everything about this hotel is amazing

Great location and staff very friendly and pleasant. We are checked in on a day hotel reopened after the winter. Room was clean and spacious- we stayed at family room. Restaurant - we used for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast- great choice including cava Dinner - great choice with fresh fish on a grill. Entertainment team were fantastic and had a time to give attention to everyone . Our daughter loved kids club- Tanya and Maria

The beds are so comfy. Shower to die for with plenty of hot water. Staff amazing always saying hello. and happy great entertainment last night food spot on looking forward to the next 13 days x

stayed here in October 2023, lovely hotel and a great bonus it was on the beach. lovely relaxing holiday with my husband, it was our first holiday abroad in over 20 years with out our children. pool wasnt as easy to get to as it was on another floor, but going again this october and i defiantly plan to make the most of the pool this time. loved sitting on the verandah on the beach having a cocktail. rooms were really comfortable and spacious. looking forward to our return trip in October.
