I contacted the staff on WhatsApp. Her English was rude, like a teenager. I am not her friend, I am her guest. We had many horrible flight incidents with flight cancellations, delays and missed connecting flights, forcing us to cancel our hotel. I submitted the flight announcements as evidence and discussed the situation with the staff. The response was terrible without decent manners.

There is almost no view from the hotel window. The front desk staff is very unfriendly. Before discussing the check-in time, the hotel staff was particularly arrogant. The breakfast has very few varieties. The value for money is really not high. It is not close to the cable car station. There is really no need to book this kind of hotel at this price.

This is my favorite accommodation during my trip to South America.
They refill the water every day.
I also paid for a massage.
(It's a gentle lymphatic massage rather than a strong pressure massage.)
You can use the sauna, fitness center, and swimming pool for free.
(The swimming pool was even better because it was a heated pool.)
The breakfast was also very delicious.

The hotel is elegantly decorated and relaxing. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is great, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It was a truly wonderful stay.

The hotel was excellent, rooms were clean, pool area outstanding, food in the dining room had a great selection. The staff went out of their way to help and make the stay an awesome experience. Had drinks up on the roof top bar where you can over look La Paz which is fabulous. Would totally recommend

Great night’s sleep here and taken care of with an interpreter when my son was ill. Excellent breakfast and dinners. The suitcases bought up and down with efficiency and checkout easy despite complications due to paying a doctor which they facilitated for us. Would be good to have refills for drinking water though. Thank you!!!!
