半夜房間會有廚房的油煙飄進來,太臭了,開創也很難散去。設施還行,不算很新,但是位置在市中心所以還算方便。

The location is great for all things touristy. The hotel has seen its glory days past and considering it’s amenities was probably top notch. Currently things are wearing out and dated. Pool, sauna and hot tub area is my favourite amenity in an open domed atrium. The room is spacious but no working air conditioning, so requested a floor fan. Rooms facing the main street are noisy as the windows are old. Bathroom was adequate but extra toilet paper needs to be requested. Breakfast was average.

This is the second time I'm staying in this hotel. The room was wonderful, very big and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel location is great, 2 minutes walk from plaza San Francisco, 3 minutes walk from plaza Murillo. They also gave me the room at 8am, which was very important after a long flight. They open the breakfast buffer very early in the morning (4am), which is very important for guests who have to go on a trip or have to catch an early flight. Breakfast has improved compared with last year, but still needs further improvement. Now you can cut the bread yourself and prepare a toast. They have cheese, but still no vegetables.

I spent 7 nights at this hotel in March of this year 2024.The hotel is a pleasant place to stay. The location was excellent-in the heart of the city centre and a short walk to Plaza San Francisco, the main square. The room I was given was large and clean and was serviced daily.Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food available. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would like to mention Rosario and Vanessa at reception and Jeremy,Santos,Jorge,Juan and Erickson in the dining room....Sleep quality was excellent.I am happy to recommend this hotel and it is worth a return visit.

We did two stays here during our Bolivia trip. The first was an early arrival and overnight (our flight arrived at 6am - so we had early checkin and that same night). We went to Sun Island for a night then came back for our second stay - an afternoon arrival before flying out the next day. The best part about this hotel is the location. It's near two squares/ plazas that were cool to walk to for some good people watching. We didn't have a car and this hotel was booked by our tour operator. A second positive was a friendly staff. When the property owner doesn't maintain the property, that's not the staffs fault. They were doing their best and I am grateful. I also appreciated the US-able plugs so I didn't need an adapter! 8-) I would actively avoid this hotel in the future. Room #1 - Our first room was absurdly hot and facing a main square. Between the people noise and car horns until 2am, you couldn't open the windows AND sleep. They need to put fans in the room. Room #2 - This was a suite, which had a living room with a lot of space. However, it reached with a scent like bug spray. That made us even more worried that something would tag along in our bag. Restaurant - We did "breakfast" here both days and tried it for dinner. We don't eat eggs, and a hot omelette right and been good. Aside from that, the pastry and other stuff was very underwhelming. We basically didn't eat breakfast. Overall property is VERY rundown. The carpet in the hallways, the marks all over the hallway walls, and the overall decor are horribly in need up an update. Even a fresh coat of paint would help. If you ONLY want to use this hotel to sleep and shower, think of it like a motel. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel Presidente, at Potosi 920, La Paz, BO; is very centrally located. It is walking distance to Witches market, and major squares like Plaza Mayor and Plaza Murrillo; and the Art Museum. The tariff was very affordable, and on par with mid-range hotels in major cities in other parts of the world. We arrived early morning in la Paz, the hotel front desk checked us in; and also allowed us to have the buffet breakfast. The breakfast was decent; we are used to much more elaborate fare in Singapore/Bangkok and other cities in Asia. The hotel bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and the hot water was instantly available; unlike other hotel reviews I read online. The view from the room is more beautiful at night as it shows the lit up hills. The front desk staff and the people at the door were very helpful with arranging taxis for us.

It is not a 5 star hotel. The services provided were quite poor. The concierge team was pretty bad; They are not prepared for customer service. I asked for oxygen due to respiratory problems and they never sent it to me; They don't care about bones. In this, I want to make a distinction with Miss Rosario, who was very attentive and attentive during our stay. As for the hotel services, they are not good. The buffet is good but they recycle food, there is no variation and the lunches (BS 100) always serve you the same, it seems that until it is finished, they do not change the menu. Then, the waiters, you almost have to give them smoke signals to get them to serve you. As for the area, it is bad, very noisy and the rooms do not have double glass. It's 3 am, horns are blaring and screaming, and they won't let you sleep. The hotel facilities have been left in time. They need a renovation.
