Location great but amenities are under expectation: only 1small bottle of water upon arrival otherwise you have to 17 BS ($2.5) in sane, breakfast was so so.

This hotel discriminates against Chinese people. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 pm, but the front desk insisted that the room was not ready and I had to wait until 2:00 to check in. The hotel has a total of 11 floors. After waiting for half an hour, we were given the bottom 2 floors. I stayed for two nights and told him I wanted to change rooms the next day, but he didn't contact me the next day. On the check-out day, we requested to check out late until 2:00, and the hotel charged us $70, which was outrageous.

酒店的服務是我碰到最差的一家！！！為了方便出行臨時變更，三天的酒店分開三個訂單，酒店就以房間已確定為由，逼着我每天換一個房間，還會半夜十一二點點電話來催着明天換房間，還不幫搬行李，要自己先把行李搬到前台，再每天重新check in和check out！再重新確認房間，換房間入住，真的離譜到家了！！！

我在拉巴斯住這個酒店8晚，好的超出預期。1.離纜車站700米，2.酒店對面是城市最大的商廈，負一樓有超市。3.房間可以做飯菜，我做了幾天的中國菜哈哈，滿足了自己的中國胃。4.酒店人員也彬彬有禮，很好。5.安全！

地點好，走沒幾分鐘就有一個纜車站，地點雖然不是在最熱鬧的街，但旁邊有商場 餐廳，晚上睡覺也不會像在鬧區一樣吵，所以很滿意這個點。房間非常大，還有客廳跟小廚房，對於4個人來說，行李都可以攤開整理，非常棒，唯一不好的是跟我們說有附4瓶水，但上去只有一瓶，打電話去要說會補給我們，但直到我們退房水也沒送上來，小扣分
