What a great little hotel in a great location. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Laundry returned the same day all for a very reasonable price ( each item had a small coloured stitch put in for identification so no worries about lost clothes) . The rooms were decorated in a boutique style, the beds and pillows very comfy. Our room was located on the ground floor in the inner courtyard and was very quiet. No safe in the room but I believe the reception had safety boxes. Great shower and lots of hot water. We had a v early flight and left at 2.30am- the staff gave us a great breakfast box without requesting. Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is well located. The personal in charge has been really kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and you are offered extra blankets or a heater if you need them. The breakfast is included. It was abundant, natural and healthy. The coffee was really tasty! I will definitely come back in my next visit.

Our initial one-night stay in La Paz got cut short as we needed to take an overnight bus for our next-day tour. But since our flight landed before around 8 am, we wanted a clean and quiet place to rest and freshen up before we boarded our bus. We were so glad to have found this place. The hostel was very quaint, with a beautiful lobby seating area. We booked a private room with a private bath, and it felt more like a hotel. A water cooler was available for refills; the WiFi was very strong. The location was centrally located in the commercial area. I’d highly recommend this hostel.

An absolute gem! Amazing location, super safe, beautiful rooms, hot showers, big warm blankets, kind and helpful staff, all for a super reasonable price. I was meant to only stay one night and I ended up staying four nights it was that wonderful.

I arrived at the Hostal Naira after booking online. The hotel was unable to find my reservation, and to make matters worse was unwilling let me sit in their lobby while trying to sort this nonsense out with my booking agent. Instead I was asked to leave the hotel and try to figure it out somewhere else. I would like to be clear that this is a mistake on the hotel’s end, and not on the booking agent’s side of things. The booking agent was able to confirm the reservation was valid. I realize mistakes happen, and it isn’t the end of the world, but there is no reason I should be asked to sort this out elsewhere. In addition once I was finally allowed to check in I was treated as if I was being both unreasonable and an inconvenience. There was no acknowledgement of the error, or apology. The room was clean other than the toilet which was still filled with the urine of a previous guest. Only bad experience in all my time in Bolivia. On a second note the the Banais Cafe & Restaurant located in this hotel is quite good. I ate their a few times and did enjoy it very much.

We stayed in Hostal Naira for five nights and would really recommend it. Good location in the historic center of La Paz. Rooms are spacious and clean with good beds and hot shower. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff was very kind and helpful, helped with laundry service, arranging taxis etc.

Soggiorno sgradevole sotto quasi tutti gli aspetti. Il personale di portineria gentile è l'unica cosa positiva che posso trovare. Colazione indegna di questo nome. Camera buia con luce accesa H24. L'unica finestrina da su una corte interna a sua volta illuminata anche di giorno (v. foto) ed è oscurata da una tenda pesante fissa (altrimenti ti guardano dentro). Sono venuti di sera a ficcare il naso in camera finchè ero fuori per cena (consiglio di mettere dei segni sulla roba). Wifi a scomparsa e acqua calda intermittente. Ho dormito due notti e già alla prima sera, se fossi stato meno stanco, mi sarei trasferito in un altro hotel.

Visitamos su restaurante en varias oportunidades para almorzar, excelente staff y comida exquisita. Un lindo ambiente con detalles nativos y coloniales. Una ubicación céntrica, en la calle más tradicional y turística de la ciudad de La paz muy cerca de la iglesia San Francisco.
