The hotel itself is very beautiful and well-maintained, and the rooms are also lovely, but the quality of service is, at times, shockingly poor compared to the standard of the place. Although the poolside service is theoretically available, it never worked through the provided QR codes. Service at the bar is very slow, although we generally received beautifully made drinks — except for one occasion when a lady served us and quite obviously cut corners while making the cocktail. Out of the two dinners we had at the restaurant, one was fine, but the other was terrible: no one came to ask if we wanted to order for about half an hour, and even after that, they didn’t come on their own initiative. The buffet was very messy by the middle of the evening and was rarely replenished. At breakfast, everything was fine on the first day, but on the second day, there were long queues at the entrance, and half of the tables hadn’t been cleared. It was obvious they were severely understaffed — which is simply unacceptable for a five-star hotel.

Excellent facilities, and rooms were best we’ve experienced with the day beds in the private garden. Nothing around the hotel and very little entertainment provided after dinner. Limited singer on Friday and Saturday evenings for an hour in the rooftop bar was good, and more needed.

Overall as a family we couldn't fault this hotel. It was everything we were after for our first family holiday, staff were great, friendly and nothing was a bother. Rooms were clean, hotel in general had a lovely feel and modern vibe. We would have no worries coming back here. There are a good few restaurants outside of the hotel and great access to supermarkets nearby not to mention Benidorm only a short taxi ride. Perfect chilled holiday

Went there for a few days trip with work as part of a team building exercise. Love the spacious rooms, the large fresh pools and the amazing food overall. Would definitely recommend ! it was sunny all week and we enjoyed it

I've stayed as part of a company offsite. The hotel is very well equipped and the staff are super friendly. There's a lot to love: personal rooms, dinners, pools and meeting rooms all exceeded expectations. Thank you for hosting us.

When you will search in this neighbourhood for a luxury hotel, you find it! Good atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff members.

Beautiful hotel, couldn’t fault anything, staff were friendly, breakfast very good buffet style, beautiful pools, extremely clean everywhere, a little remote but we had a hire car so not a problem. About €15 for a taxi to Benidorm. Only downside but only a personal opinion, as a 5* it should have tea & coffee making facilities in the room, but we just popped down the road to the Chineese supermarket and purchased a kettle and mugs for under £20 Also charging for patrons to park at the hotel seemed steep at €19 a night which they reduced to €15 a night as we were there for a week. But all in all a really nice stay… With the most comfortable beds!!!!
