The room was very clean and the environment was great. There were two swimming pools and an outdoor bar, making it very convenient to order drinks. There was also a very rich breakfast. It was a very friendly choice for business travelers. It was very close to the beach, only a 6-minute drive away.

Very good. Junior suite. Perfect room for family of 4. Beds and linen very good. Large bathroom with separate wc. Patio doors onto garden with private loungers and outside shower. Breakfast was lovely. Buffet in the evening was average. Staff were generally great. Couple of moody ones but to be expected in such a big place. Pools were spotless. B Heaven bars were cool. Very hot though. Few more shades maybe? Loads of onsite parking. Didn’t use the spa or gym but smelt great! Two free drinks per day with premier package was great as well. Overall 4.5 out of 5. Thanks to all the staff.

Good 5 star resort, nice and relaxing vibe, restaurants are good except for the lunch restaurant they have very long waiting times sometimes up to an hour and thats unacceptable.

Had a lovely stay here. The star of our trip here was Cristina who was the staff member who went above and beyond to provide excellent service at the pool side restaurant. We are really happy with this hotel; the rooms and pools were amazing.

Receptionist very rude and unfriendly. Rooms beautifully decorated and large. We were half board and enjoyed most meals. Vegetarian limited. We preferred the Hills pool as palms is more suited to kids and very busy and noisy. Our kids are late teens so Hills was better for us. Also prefer the pool restaurant at Hills. Nothing around the hotels and entertainment poor. Nothing in mini bar but best to fill fridge from supermarket over the road. Would return for a short break.
