Great location for snow sports, but very little to do in the evenings. The Spa is convenient but is a bit tired with items not working and some tiles missing etc. We had a good stay but I would not say this is a four star hotel.

Great hotel and super location close to the ski lifts. The staff were very also very helpful. I really liked the food but the teenagers in the group found it a bit rich particularly the sauces. A less complicated option might be worth considering. We did find the upstairs section of the room and the locker area to be excessively warm. Finally like may others have commented I think it would be better to include access to the spa in the room rate. Overall though a great hotel.

We had a great room however whoever was making the kids meals did not give quality whatsoever Nor did they care ….!!!! Lamb bones with little meat really for the price u can do better especially for the children as most places do …..The food in the restaurant nearby was really good in comparison at the same price.

Fantastic quality of rooms, food, and restaurants - the perfect location for skiing, lockers, lessons and access to slopes. Staff struggled with English as much as I struggle with Spanish! Snow was a bit thin, wet and rare when we visited so highly suggest late January for a visit.

Dirty rooms, stinky bathrooms, everything you need you have to pay. Overpriced spa 40 Euros for 40 minutes and You also need to pay for extras. Extra charge for parking although the car park is empty and it should be part of facilities offered to the guests. Spots in every wall, not even close to a 4star Hotel. I would rate 2 star at max. Staff is great and helpful at least. Never again

Average hotel, rooms are tired and breakfast mediocre. Hotel recommended Traca ski school. We didnt go with them as they were badly organised. We recommend escola la molina instead. Reception staff polite.

Good hotel right next to the slopes, we enjoyed our stay which was fine but there were some things that could definitely be improved. To start off with the positives. The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the first lift even with ski boots on. The rooms themselves are very spacious and much better than cramped ski lodges found elsewhere. The breakfast had good variety and a tasty omelette station. Downsides were the following. The rooms themselves while large, were quite bare - lacking any tissues in the room. The ski locker room has no separate external entrance and to get into the lobby you need to open two large doors, which is very hard to do while holding boots and skis! The main entrance to a ski hotel is clearly poorly thought out. The spa system was also disappointing, with a charge of €20 for 40 mins, even with the sauna closed at the time. For a 4 star ski hotel this was not great.

I had a confirmed reservation since June 3 for September 4. On day 2 they canceled it. I had booked activities for those days in the surrounding area, luckily I found apartments. When passing by the hotel, it said closed for the end of the season. If I don't show up they charge me a penalty, on the contrary, nothing at all

Very friendly service and large, clean rooms. Breakfast nothing to write home about. Beware of the coffee with milk from the machine, it is extremely bad. We were on the 1st floor and the last night there was a continuous noise that we believe came from the parking lot. However, the rest of the nights all went well.
