We had a lovely two days here while visiting Puy du Fou, which is about a 30 min max drive away. Nice towns nearby for food, if you are not eating at PdF. A great welcome from the owners when we arrived, and a super breakfast. The rooms are a good size, although this is an old chateau, not a Travelodge! So don't expect corporate blandness. Comfy beds and good pillows though. We stayed in the Duplex Tower room and it was perfect for our needs.

We had a wonderful stay here which was made special by the charming hosts. Very comfortable room with a homely feel and a delicious dinner cooked by our hostess on one night. Blissfully quiet and we would highly recommend a stay here

The location and comfort of this chateau is perfect and we generally come here twice a year en route to/from Southern France. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The atmosphere is authentic and we are also charmed by the generosity, hospitality and friendliness of the owners. The breakfast is extravagant and healthy. We always enjoy our overnight stay and will continue coming here. We highly recommend this chateau!

Au cœur de l’écrin verdoyant et apaisé du bocage vendéen, dans une magnifique bâtisse agrémentée d’une riche décoration célébrant l’histoire de France et de la Vendée, ce lieu, plus qu’un château pour une nuitée, est une demeure où règne l’esprit de famille et dont on se sent faire partie l’espace d’un séjour. Nous y avons passé notre nuit de noces et nos hôtes furent aux petits soins pour faire de ce séjour et de ce moment, des instants précieux et inoubliables. Beaucoup de délicatesses, de petites attentions (changement de Suite à la hauteur de l’évènement, horaire de petit-déjeuner « adapté » à notre emploi du temps chargé, invitation à nous garer devant le perron pour ne pas salir la robe de la mariée, soutien au bon moral du futur époux, etc.). Le petit-déjeuner est extraordinairement copi eux (salé et sucré) et de qualité. La Suite du maréchal est spacieuse, confortable et lumineuse. Les hôtes nourrissent une belle convivialité empli d’humour et sont soucieux du bien-être des voyageurs de passage. Mon ancien, merci pour les échanges et ces derniers moments de célibataire offerts. Loin du bivouac du grenadier, ce fut un moment digne de maréchaux d’empire ! Benoit et Benedicte.

Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et amusant au château de Belle-Vue! Nous y avons séjourné deux nuits pour une visite au Puy du Fou. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les conseils précieux de nos hôtes ainsi que le fait de pouvoir laisser notre chienne gambader dans la propriété en toute tranquillité! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce magnifique domaine! Merci beaucoup !

Wij komen al jarenlang in dit prachtige kasteel op doorreis naar zuid Frankrijk. De eigenaren zijn bijzonder gastvrij en vriendelijk, de kamers zijn heerlijk, en de omgeving is landelijk en mooi. Een absolute aanrader in een authentieke Franse sfeer.

J’ai passé 4 super nuits dans ce très beau château. Les hôtes sont très gentils et pleins d’humour , donnent pleins de bons conseils pour visiter la région. le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. La literie était confortable Je recommande
