Very friendly and welcoming hotel. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank to Manager Oli because he is an excellent professional and a fantastic person - always caring our comfort! Without any doubt, he made our accommodation (1 week) even more special. I also want to thank to Bela who treated us super well. I recommend everyone to try this good and familiar environment. Congratulation!!!

I was together with my family and friends in this hotel for a week in a ski holidays. It was great! The hotel is very comfortable (rooms are big and have two bathrooms which is great if you have two kids with you!!). Dinner was excellent (far better than other hotels I've been before) and the staff super friendly - special thanks to Oli and Belinha!

It was our second stay in this hotel. In short: very friendly and helpfull staff, good food and perfect location to drive to starting points for hiking throughout Andorra. Although our first room didn't have a balcony and was too noisy for our little kids (room just above the entrance), the staff was very understanding & helpfull to see what they could do to switch us to another room. + Must try: the cocktails are freshly made and very good. + Spa: Lovely view and nice to book to charge your batteries after a lot of hiking. + Breakfast: Well-taken care of. A lot of different foods to chose from. (Warm food = actually warm ) + Dinner: Lovely staff, good children's menus, a lot of variety, tastefull food and well presented. + New poolbar looks beautiful. + Beautiful rooms. Tip: - They didn't inform us about the fact that we could dine in the Italian restaurant as well and about the fact that we could take lunch instead of dinner upon request. (We got this intell from other guests.) - More seats at the pool area would be helpfull.

I know that a review has to be balanced, and therefore it is probably best to start with the positives. The hotel location is spectacular, the swimming pool is decent and the grounds are well kept. Upon arrival, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. After that, there are huge problems with the hotel. The room is tired looking, with a slight musty smell and decor in need of an upgrade. The bed is an old wooden number that has seen better days and creaks like a pirates galleon. The room is boiling hot, with no functional air control. It has, thus far, been one of the worst nights sleep of my life. However, the main thing to avoid is the restaurant. For dinner, the kitchen serves a grand total of 5 dishes - 3 starters and 2 mains (pork and salmon - vegans should count themselves lucky not to be catered for). For starter, I had a ‘focaccia’ that was essentially a thick, tasteless doorstop bread of the type my bad grammar school used to serve to keep us sedated. This was covered in a layer of greasy cheese-adjacent substance and what could generously be described as ‘ham’. My wife had a goats (‘gods’ according to the menu, though what kind of benevolent deity would have inflicted this meal upon His children remains to be seen) cheese parcel. The parcel was about as well received as an Amazon Prime delivery that has been booted over next door’s fence. Onto the main, and the ‘pork’ was fatty and undercooked, served with a few slices of poorly fried potato that seemed to subliminally scream the word ‘sorry’. My wife’s salmon was an insult to a fishes’ memory - slimy and unappealing, tossed carelessly on some tired lettuce and a few beetroot cubes. The price of €25 per person may have been reasonable if that was the amount we were being paid to eat it. The most ridiculous part of the evening though was the service. About 10 waiters hovered around the dining room, a number that seems high until you realise that a separate team member performs each task. Drinks and bread was one waitress. Ordering food was a waiter. Delivery of the starter was another waiter. Another waitress collected the plates. Another brought the cutlery for the main. Another brought the main. Another dressed in a full bomb disposal suit delivered the bill. After a while it becomes obvious that it is a strategy to diminish responsibility through collectivisation - it’s like a philosophical conundrum- if a crap meal is served but no one actually served it, did it really happen? Unfortunately for us, the answer is yes, and I still have ten hours trying to sleep in this unbearable inferno. On this occasion, rather than ‘gods’ cheese, I suspect that both the meal and the room have been designed by the other guy…

We stayed for 7 nights and ABBA hotel siuts family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children 5 and 3y old. We had a half board and absolutely loved it. Nice options for breakfast and there are 2 restaurants to choose for dinner where you have a table service - Italian and Menu restaurant. At Italian there different pastas and faccacias. Menu restaurant every night have a different menu for adults and good food selection for children. We tried twice italian and other five nights menu restaurant. Hotel also provide a free shuttle to the cabel and have a free storage for skis which was super handy. There are spa for extra cost but only 16y plus. So we find another Princess Hotel Spa where we could come with children between 2 and 6pm. 5-6pm are good option. The staff in the hotel is exceptional! They always help and super friendly and made us feel as part of ABBA family! We loved our stay and cannot wait to come here again next February half term. Big shout out to Aida manager and Santos part of service staff! Thank you ABBA hotel siuts xx

Pros: - Location; only 5-10 min drive to the main city centre with all its shops, close enough to benefit from the city life but away from the hustle and bustle. Also very close to La Massana. - Spacious room - Modern and clean room and bathrooms - Great views - The premises are really nice; nice landscaping - Free parking. Extra parking lot across the street as well in case the parking is full. - Friendly and helpful staff; they were able to help me organize a Caldea spa visit. - Elevator - Fridge in room Cons: - Could benefit from improving soundproofing. It was mentioned in other reviews. We could hear what was going on in neighboring rooms and hallways. - The pillows were particularly uncomfortable (this is not something I usually note) - If not coming by car, it is a little bit of a climb from the main road, where the bus drops you off (the bus system is great in Andorra by the way!) Overall we had an excellent stay, it was a great value for money and we highly recommend it!
