Nice and comfortable place to stay. Have been staying here for several years. Never had any problems at all. A very good Mexican restaurant across the street and a gas station and shopping center. The manager and staff are very helpful and friendly. Beds are very comfortable and has always been quiet. The rooms have always been nice and clean. Everything in working order. Coffee and a light breakfast in the morning. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. A/C and heat always works well. Nice tv in the rooms. Really good price to stay here. We stay here the night before we go on a cruise. We love staying here!

We opted to stay here for 2 nights before our Valentine's cruise and I wish I had listened to the bad reviews. The first room they gave us was on the 1st floor. This room smelled like **** and lysol (which made the desk lady just crack up laughing when it was mentioned). This room had a kitchenette and a lot of damages as you'll see in the pics. There was nail polish all over everything including the carpet! Out of 8 cabinets only 3 had knobs. The dresser drawers had no knobs. There were 2 microwaves and 1 was broken. The 2 burner cook top was missing a knob. The spout in the tub was crooked but it's hard to tell from the pic. A wall lamp was missing a bulb. The smoke detector was disconnected. The curtains wouldn't close all the way. They would stop with a 4 inch gap and not go any further. We got moved to a room upstairs which smelled like bleach. This room didn't have a kitchenette, but it had it's share of problems too. Initially the room wasn't bad, but then at around 1 am when the lights were out, that's when the roaches came out that they act like previous customers brought with them. We're not the first people in the last few years to say they have roaches. I killed 3 the first night and bought raid the next day to spray the room with and killed 3 more. There are all kinds of cracks and crevices in the baseboards for the little critters to hide and they were all sizes from babies to odd shaped teens to adults! The night table drawers had long white pet hair on them. There was a black hair clip on the shower curtain that wasn't mine. There seemed to be a bum living in the corner near the on site bar. Breakfast was NOT included as it said it would be, but we wouldn't have eaten it anyway. They allow pets and when people walk their massive dogs they do not clean up after them so stay out of the grass. On the 2nd night we returned from a pre cruise meet and greet where a woman also staying on the 2nd floor came out to walk her dog. The stairs are on the outside. She walked out with her big black dog who proceeded to pee a big puddle at the top of the stairs and then pee all the way down the stairs and all down the sidewalk. We then had to dodge dog pee to get up to our room because we didn't want to walk to the front lobby and take the inside stairs and walk all the way around to get to our room. We walked out into the hallway and we got hit in the nostrils immediately with the smell of **** at one point. I showed the front desk staff pictures and told them my complaints at checkout. They said we should have told them when we saw the roaches and they could have moved us. I told her we were not about to change rooms AGAIN at 1 in the morning so I bought raid which I shouldn't have had to spend any of my vacation money on to begin with. They refunded $25 of the $130 we paid. They acted like the printer wasn't printing the receipt out and they'd email it to me which they never did. I paid cash so I had to pay the $50 deposit when we checked in,
