Booked this hotel through *********** as it was the area we needed to visit. We used our discount, so thankfully, it was only £80 per night for 2 nights, bed, breakfast and evening meal. Firstly it is NOT 4 star, 2 at the most and that's me being generous! The receception and lobby area were nice but that's where it stopped for us. The rooms were dated back to the 1950's although clean and the beds were comfy. Luckily we had beach and sea views. The food was worse than terrible! There was reheated cold chops, cold fries, cold meats, some salad and bread rolls, also a strange coloured soup. No butter for bread, water and cheap wine in a dispenser. We left it and searched for a restaurant nearby. We didn't try dinner again although we checked it out the next night out of curiosity, it was greasy chicken legs with same additions! We ate out for breakfast after checking what the hotel dished up....cold boiled eggs, salad and salami with toast. Just awful. The outside bar of an evening was okay when we tried it using our basic Spanish, which they pretended not to understand. Una cerveza or un cafe! We were glad to leave and certainly do not recommend!

A group of 6 friends booked this lovely hotel for a midweek break and were not disappointed. Good food and plenty of it. We had lovely clean rooms overlooking the beach. Friendly staff and a very well organised hotel. There were many Spanish and very few English clients but that was not a problem at all. This is a very comfortable hotel, right on the beach with plenty of free parking outside. All in all a great few days at an extremely reasonable cost.

We are staying at the hotel and I just wanted to express my disappointment with the firm... I don't understand how it can be so lacking in both variety and quality... I don't think I would recommend your complex to anyone. Furthermore, it is not normal that they have two types of buffet...at least they should give the option to choose

I've been about 5 times. On the last occasion, upon my arrival, as always I left my vehicle at the door and asked them to let me access the parking lot and then do the “check in”. I have never had problems in that regard because I travel with small children but on this occasion there were some obstacles although in the end the arrival was correct. History repeats itself when we leave. On the day of departure, we always eat and stay for a while in the afternoon, no later than 7:00 p.m. What was my surprise to see that in a matter of twenty minutes they had called me five times from the hotel. When I went to reception to return the garage remote control, they reproached me for not leaving the parking lot at 12:00 p.m. We must assume that there were only two vehicles parked, in addition to the fact that at no time had I been informed of this matter. It is also true that this has never happened to me before. They always offered me facilities and correct treatment. It must be that now someone wants to inherit the company. It would be convenient to offer all the information upon arrival or, failing that, take care of the clients a little better.

We were with the imserso program, the hotel in general is good, the food is buffet, there is not much variety but plenty, there is always meat and fish, breakfast very good, the staff correct and very friendly, cleanliness in common areas It's okay, as for the rooms, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, under the bed and inside the closet there was a lot of lint, the bathroom is not one of the cleanest I've seen, the room needs a thorough cleaning , we discussed it with other clients and we agreed on the same thing about the cleanliness, the soap they put in sachets in the room we were in and it was a bit fair, I think it would be more practical to put dispensers, I also missed a brush to clean the toilet, as for the activities quite well, every night there was dancing. If I had to come back I would do it without a problem, the only thing that would put me off would be the cleanliness of the rooms, otherwise good.

A hotel that should be classified as 2 stars and not 4...the rooms have a spectacular view, a beach that is wonderful...The buffet is a shame...very little variety, almost scarce and a brutal lack of imagination to offer a quality service...most of the clients, if not all, are IMSERSO groups and it is a shame that they are treated like this.

My name is Isidoro, today is Friday and tomorrow we finish an insert trip, called a cultural circuit by the Murcian community, which began on Sunday the 3rd. The entire group is from Granada and the experience, at least on my part, is catastrophic. The 4* hotel leaves a lot to be desired both in cleanliness and in the buffet, chaotic variety, very low quality, not to mention that it does not exist at all. When we do the routes through towns, we don't return to the hotel to have lunch, logically, but they take us to service areas that are more seedy and with a closed menu, which makes you want to cry. Aside from this, add that the only defensible thing is the driver and the person in charge of the group. Of the 7 towns visited plus the capital, we have only had 3 guides for the capital and 2 towns, the rest at our own pace and without a guide. Of course, I will never take an insertion trip, since you seem deceived and it shows that this is done just to please someone. It is more worth it to order online, reserve and in the end you will surely win in all aspects. I hope that people like my wife and I, with 63 and 66 years behind us, apply it, since we had taken it as a test, and it has been disastrous. Do the math, but it is not correct that the insert treats you like this. Greetings. I have done it, by this means, since I do not trust that the insert communicates it

Immersion in the total 80s 😅 Regular and very basic food. The 4 stars thing is more than taken with tweezers😅 The rooms are not bad but that's it, everything is old. What we did like is the theme of the pool although it has morning and afternoon hours. I think that above all what needs a return is the food. If you're just going to sleep, fine.
