We loved the Manoir Richelieu. The room was very clean, the furniture is very nice, the bed very comfortable. The room was on the river side and the view was outstanding. The hotel in general is very nice. The employees are very professional and very kind. The outdoor and indoor pools are heated and the place is very well landscaped and the sun loungers are very comfortable. We will definitely go back. I am a more than satisfied customer and thank you to Trip.com for the great price.

The service is very good, very nice staff even if we feel a slight lack in terms of service (probably due to the lack of manpower). Small negative point even if a little insignificant, the gym only opens at 7am, not very convenient for people who would like to train early before going out sightseeing. The location of the hotel is perfect and the view too, with all the amenities around. In short, I recommend the hotel to anyone who would like to visit Charlevoix.
