Honestly, I expected something else. Being an "Appart" with a name as bombastic as "PIlar Suites", being in the area behind the Hospital Austral and the Pilar area, I thought I was going to find accommodation of a different category. For now, the staff (with exceptions) has zero empathy with the newly arrived guest. When we arrived, the person in charge of the reception told us that the Check Inn was at 3 pm (it was 12), that they had rooms available but the Check Inn was at 3 pm. So why clarify that there were rooms available? The place lacks cleaning, maintenance, renewing the mattresses in the rooms (very soft and deformed), the pillows were TERROR!! (they seemed filled with pieces of foam rubber), Not all the rooms had a TV (it depends on the rate, it seems) The "water mirror" (aka the pool) was good, but it needed cleaning and a review of the bottom that it had scum. There weren't enough lounge chairs for those of us upstairs or no one told us what we could ask for at reception. You had to request the pool towels at reception (and even though they had them on hand, you had to wait for them to be brought from the storage room). Breakfast, served in a place next door, was basic, coffee, a watered-down juice that I have no idea. which was, croissants, a few portions of pudding, some toast, sweets and fruit salad. The room doors did not close by themselves, you had to pass the electronic key through it again to be able to close them. The bathroom lacks maintenance and intensive care. I do not recommend it nor would I return.
