Reserved a room on their website, paid, and got the receipt email. When I arrived there was a handwritten sign stating they were not renting rooms. No one in the office, no one answering the phone number they left on the sign to call them, and no voicemail option. This place is a scam. If I could give zeros for their rating I would. Id like my money back Travel Inn La Junta.

This place was very cozy and staff very welcoming. They were able to accommodate me last min and allowed me to check out late since my work hours are late night and I don't get to sleep till morning. They should definitely update the photos because the rooms are much more modern than the advertised photos! It felt like a luxury stay at a bargain price. Will definitely visit again.!
