Motel style hotel close to the city and ferry port. Good restaurant next door and across the road from the Auchan Hypermarket. Automated check-in, wi-fi and decent self service breakfast. Not attractive to look at but functional, efficient and good value.

An unusual building in that all the rooms have doors that lead directly outside, therefore there are no corridors as such. There was ample free parking, but at check-in time in the afternoon the reception desk was closed and I had to use an automated machine to obtain my code for the room. There was an issue getting the door to open but there was an English speaking member of staff I could speak to by phone for help. The room was very compact compared to the B&B Hotel in Ouistreham. The shower was cramped and old fashioned with curtain rather than glass shield. The linen was clean. The room was spartan overall, as you would expect of this hotel chain. I had a good night's sleep, so no complaints about that. It's situated on the outskirts of the city with easy road access to the ferry port and main routes east and south. Reasonable value for money in France.

Hôtel très bien situé. Un Buffalo grill / Burger king sont situés juste à côté. Bonne literie. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Accueil souriant et sympathique. Excellent rapport qualité / prix. Petit déjeuner à 8,50€ avec du choix et de qualité.

Hotel vieux et sale Lampe cassé pas de prise usb pour recharger le telephone heureusement à l'accueil ils m'ont trouvé une prise Petit déjeuner croissant pas bon et le distributeur me donne du chocolat alors que je voulais du café au lait Bref beaucoup de choses à revoir

Première déception. Ne pouvant pas payer avec une carte de débit (n’ayant pas de carte de crédit), je n’ai pas pu faire la réservation par internet. Jusque là, pas grave, on me dit que je ne bénéficie pas de la remise internet, on prend ma réservation par téléphone et je pourrai payer avec ma carte de banque. Arrivé sur place, il faut passer par un guichet électronique…qui ne prend toujours pas la carte. J’ai donc dut trouver une autre solution pour payer. Chambre 100% non fumeur. Nous ouvrons la porte de la chambre et ça sentait la cigarette… Ma compagne a dû prendre des médicaments pour ne pas en être malade. Même la serviette de bain sentait la cigarette. Et une seule serviette pour deux personnes en plus. Sinon bon emplacement et chambre correcte niveau équipement et taille.

Hotel à la hauteur de ce qu'on attend d'un B and B ! Les chambres sont conformes. Salle d'eau également. Literie confortable. Les petits dej en revanche sont excellents dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes des habitués de cette chaîne et le petit déjeuner a été le meilleur de tous. Des croissants et pains au chocolat sortis de la boulangerie et non pas congelés comme cela peut être le cas dans d'autres hôtels. Par contre il a été difficile d'obtenir un bonjour de la part du personnel qui parlait chiffon dans la salle à manger. Mais à force de... on l'a eu !

Hôtel fonctionnel de 1 à 2 nuits maximum, petite chambre mais parfait pour y dormir de toute façon. Côté bruit l'isolation est quand même présent, je ne dis pas que c'est irréprochable mais c'est bien là ! L'accueil, est trop long à un point où les clients doit attendre dehors car la pièce la réception est vraiment trop petite et un sourire 🙂 est plutôt meilleur aussi ! L'accueil, pour le petit déjeuner est parfait le sourire était bien là (pas la même équipe), plats de proposé sont juste mais correct. Je suis souvent en déplacement dans l'année et des hôtels sur Cherbourg, je commence à faire le tour depuis 6 ans. (Chantereine, appart hotel, campagnil ), mais je vais revenir sûrement.

Avons séjourné un weekend pour aller à la Cité de la mer. Je confirme que l'hôtel est situé près de l'axe principal pour aller à Cherbourg, mais il y a également plusieurs restaurants et Auchan à côté. N'avons pas été gênés par le bruit de la route. Il y aurait quelques reprises à faire dans la salle de bain vieillissante, mais notre chambre avec mezzanine était très propre. Idéal pour un couple + enfants. salle du petit déjeuner petite, mais il y a ce qu'il faut au niveau nourriture. Personnel agréable et souriant.
