A very nice hotel in a small village, but unfortunately there were not enough amenities in the room, no minibar, no air conditioning. And the location of the hotel is very remote, so it is very difficult to get there by public transport.

Excellent service concerning my food allergy problems. Very professional waiters. No problems or delays when I had to eat alone in my room. I felt at home. Very nice garden and excellent hot water swimming pool. I'll stay there twice a year.

Hotel pésimo para un 4 estrellas, está viejo y dejado. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado en ninguna habitación, y el calor era insoportable y más en las que daba el sol. Tenías que abrir las ventanas, que por supuesto no tienen mosquitera y acabas lleno de picaduras de mosquitos, ya que hay muchos. Las camas muy pequeñas, muebles viejos y medio rotos, el agua de la ducha no tenía presión y solo conseguías ponerla,caliente o fría, nos pusieron albornoces y estaban viejísimos y el bolsillo del mío estaba verde. Mucha dejadez El agua de la piscina insoportable de calor. Y la parte interior solo tenía una piscina, no había nada más. El la exterior había un pediluvio, supuestamente se agua fría, que estaba estancado. Menudo desastre!!! El personal del hotel bastante borde y desagradable. El peror 4* que he visto.Nada recomendable y un precio muy caro, me he alojado en 3* que le dan mil vueltas a este.

Lamentablemente, no puedo recomendar este hotel por el maltrato que reciben algunos de sus empleados. He sabido de primera mano que el personal es obligado a realizar múltiples funciones que no tienen nada que ver con su puesto, desde cocina hasta limpieza, masajes, servicio de mesas, etc., sin el respeto mínimo a su rol ni a su dignidad laboral. Incluso se les amenaza con despedirlos si no aceptan tareas que no corresponden a su contrato. Esto es inaceptable y deja mucho que desear de la gestión y valores del establecimiento. Un hotel que no cuida ni respeta a su gente difícilmente puede ofrecer una experiencia realmente positiva a sus clientes. Espero que esta reseña sirva para que otros conozcan lo que ocurre detrás de las puertas.

Hemos venido en familia al Spa y restaurante con un pack. Mi padre se ha hecho un masaje con la terapeuta Diosmar , y ha salido encantado por su profesionalidad, empatía y buenos consejos. Hemos comido estofado de bacalao con legumbres , solomillo ibérico y postres casero de tarta carrotcake y pastel de limón riquísimos . Lo recomendamos

Indescriptible. Que un lugar sea viejo ,antiguo ,vintage se le puede llamar de muchas maneras, no tiene por qué ser malo todo lo contrario. Lo que si es malo es que hace años que no se le hace mantenimiento , baño turco con olor ha humedad que no se puede ni entrar, la zona de pies los grifos sueltos, hamacas rotas ,la piscina exterior con grietas en las paredes, telarañas , no me esplayo más por no ser.... No vale ni la mitad del precio que se pago. Lo único positivo la cena degustacion y amabilidad del personal. Las termas de los horrores.

Lugar tranquilo y sería con encanto. Instalaciones obsoletas. Necesita una remodelación urgente. Personal muy amable y entregado pero completamente escaso, insuficiente. Ropa de cama gastada. Bufet de desayuno no propio de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

El personal fantástico, muy amables pero el estado del hotel muy defectuoso, lo antiguo es bonito pero no exime el mantenimiento continuo. La habitación de buenas dimensiones y muy limpia pero el televisor era una especie de monitor de 19 pulgadas formato 3:4 con decodificador externo de principios de siglo que al segundo dia ya no funcionaba y la cerradura, de llave, se aguantaba por un solo tornillo, el lavabo de excelentes dimensiones pero necesitado de una reforma el tiempo de espera en el comedor excesivo no por culpa del personal sino por falta de el, solo había una persona y hacía lo que podía si no le pasaban platos no podía servirlos, resumiendo, entorno maravilloso, buena atención pero con falta de mantenimiento por parte de la direccion es una pena. No entendemos como puede ser un cuatro estrellas y no creo que volvamos.

El balneario es muy antiguo y necesita una reforma urgente, especialmente la parte de los vestidores (al menos comprar taquilas nuevas). Se necesitan más duchas y más wc, y con más accesibilidad. La parte de la piscina interior está mejor con agua auténtica de balneario y la exterior también está bien, aunque pequeña. La masajista amable y profesional. La comida correcta. Invirtiendo dinero podría quedar un establecimiento de cuatro estrellas de verdad, ahora no és de esa categoria ni mucho menos.
