Excellent! Price is cheap, location is good, a lot to do in the resort! There’s butterflies garden, animal barn, observation point, beautiful gardens and plants~ room is very spacious

酒店有自己的徒步小道，看到了樹蛙，犰狳，藍蝴蝶等，還是不錯的，温泉也挺好，雖然不大，但是比較乾淨，整體還是性價比可以的

性價比高的酒店，度假村很大，最好有車，沒車可以叫shuttle，早飯很好，裏面有温泉池8個，還有火山觀景點比國家公園還好看，真心推薦

My family had a wonderful, comfortable stay. We enjoyed the many pools, the grounds were beautiful, the food very reasonable and delicious and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! Pools and hot springs were amazing.
A few things could have made the trip even more amazing.
The rooms need an update. The grounds are so beautiful but the rooms are just ok.
The shuttle service used for the zip lining should be available for the observatory as well.
My son hurt himself badly on the water slide, pool too shallow. He landed in the pool on his heels, bruising them very badly.
More benches around the property would be nice.
We never saw an ice machine or places to fill waterbottles but maybe we missed them.

Our room was spacious but awkward. Lighting was weird and bathroom smelled like urine when we showered due to the humidity. Rooms are minimalistic but comfortable. Great views of the volcano from the superior rooms. Hike to lookout was steep but awesome. Property is really nice but rooms could use some improvement.

Our stay at Los Lagos was very enjoyable. We had a lot of rain but it was warm and it didn't keep us from exploring or using the hot springs pools or taking a few tours.
