Worst resort to deal with. We had made reservations and pre paid for stay at the resort from 12/26/23-12/29/23. Due to sudden death of my mother on 12/2623 we had to cut our vacation short and return to the US. Despite providing them the paperwork from the hospital where my mother was taken, they refused to reimburse the money prepaid for the stay.
I Will NEVER stay at he resort again and given their lack of professionalism would never recommend them to anyone. Dealing with them was worst possible experience for me.

Quiet, clean, lots of food options for vegetarians, eco friendly, nice hot springs, walkable, lots of birds to watch, excellent volcano views. Staff was attentive and friendly. Excellent location and would go again!

Manoa was excellent overall. I travelled with my elderly mom and we had a great time. Everything is handicapped accessible. The rooms wer spacious and clean. Our view was fantastic. The food was awesome with a great selection. Service was excellent. Would definitely come back to this same location. Well done Manoa!

Beautiful grounds with excellent breakfast in a beautiful area with a wonderful view of the volcano. We tried their vegetarianpizza one evening and it was delicious. We also had lunch and the food exceeded my expectations.

Amazing property! Super helpful and thoughtful stuff. The thermal springs all over the property were the highlight of our stay. Special shout out to our housekeeper Norma for her kind and creative daily surprise gifts for us. We will definitely come back. Thanks to all hotel stuff for making our trip unforgettable

Went in to check in. Room wasn’t ready but room #was given. We told the lady we would return after we went looking around town. Came back our room was given to someone else. They put us all the way far corner and was woken up by construction crew was hammering down early in the morning. Worst stay and experience ever!!!

Hidden Gem !
Arenal Manoa is a Hidden Gem
We booked a chateau for our stay and loved every minute of our stay
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, always smiling
Breakfast was plenty, lunch and dinner had great dining options - “Le Saca”, Pizza and a Sushi Bar
There are atleast 5-7 hot springs a large swimming pool and the chateau’s have their own private pool !
Very kid friendly with plenty of beautiful wildlife roaming freely which was a treat for the kids
We enjoyed our stay and will be back !
